意大利亚赛利纸业设备有限公司(A.Celli Paper S.p.A)是一家生产造纸机械的全球性公司，生产分切机等造纸设备。其分切机的切刀系统是包括飞刀部和底刀部两部分，其中飞刀直接固定在飞刀基座上，利用剪切原理，在分切过程中底刀带动飞刀，切刀可获得连续的、按预期规律的运动，获得光洁和平滑的切边。但由于分切机的飞刀刀锋尖锐(大约15°)，易被卡住而崩口，导致在分切过程中容易产生较多的不合格成品，无法保证机器设备的高速运转和产能，同时使用寿命较低，外协磨刀次数频繁，维护费用增多，增加了生产成本。

本实用新型的目的是为避免上述现有技术中的缺陷而提供一种耐用的分切机切刀装置。本实用新型所提供的技术解决方案是：这种分切机切刀装置包括底刀部和飞刀部，底刀固定在底刀轴上，底刀随底刀轴运动，飞刀固定在飞刀轴上，在分切过程中底刀带动飞刀沿飞刀轴转动，飞刀的刀刃角度大于18°，为达到更好的效果，飞刀的刀刃角度设定在20°-27°之间。本实用新型具有以下有益效果：通过改变切刀系统的剪切角度，使得飞刀刀锋耐用不易崩口，符合快速、高质量分切的要求。
