背景技术
中草药在生产过程中成型前，常需要对药物进行切割以得到特定形状和尺寸的药物，常用的切药机的切层方式以单刀往复运动为主，这种结构的切药机，工作时噪音大，工作效率低，并且切割的药品尺寸不稳定。

本实用新型旨在克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种异形切药机，采用该切药机切药，稳定性好，精密度高，易于操作，切片连续均匀，噪音小。
为实现上述目的本实用新型采用如下技术方案：

参见图1，一种异形切药机，包括有机架1、固定安装在机架上进料装置2、机架中部通过轴承转动安装有刀盘3，刀盘的下方设有出料口，刀盘3上开有一组槽口4，槽口的一侧装有刀片5；进料装置2位于刀盘3前方，一侧与刀盘3平行靠近；进料装置2上部和靠近刀盘的侧面分别设有上开口5和侧口6，侧口6与刀盘3上的槽口4、刀片5相匹配。当药材从5进入进料装置后，斜向滑入侧口6，电机工作带动轴承转动，刀盘随轴承转动，当槽口转到侧口处，将侧口处滑下的药材切下，刀盘连续转动，不断地将侧口处的药材切下。
