Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种球团环冷机，尤其涉及到球团环冷机出料口装置，卸料斗的侧壁上有出渣口，在出渣口底端的卸料斗内壁上固定有向出渣口倾斜的篦条，篦条下端的卸料斗底部固定有出料板，出料板上有出料孔，出料板下方有输送带，所述出渣口的下方有大篦条和操作平台，大篦条的下方有输送带。它不但可以滤掉球团矿内的大块物料，同时可以保证球团矿均匀地落到胶带输送机上，不会造成胶带输送机洒料和压料。

本实用新型涉及一种球团环冷机，尤其涉及到球团环冷机出料口装置。
背景技术
在冶金行业的球团生产中，球团环冷机是将高温球团冷却到120℃以下的设备，其卸料斗出口下面是胶带输送机，负责把成品球团运走。现有的球团环冷机出料口装置是在卸料斗内安装一篦条，用来过滤夹杂在球团矿中掉落的结圈渣、耐火砖等大块物料，以防止大块物料堵塞出料口。但由于环冷机台车是间隔集中卸料，当大量成品球团矿瞬间出料时，经常造成胶带输送机洒料甚至压料，致使环冷机停产，从而影响整条生产线的运行。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种球团环冷机出料口装置，它不但可以滤掉球团矿内的大块物料，同时可以保证球团矿均匀地落到胶带输送机上，不会造成胶带输送机洒料和压料。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：卸料斗的侧壁上有出渣口，在出渣口底端的卸料斗内壁上固定有向出渣口倾斜的篦条，篦条下端的卸料斗底部固定有出料板，出料板上有出料孔，出料板下方有输送带，所述出渣口的下方有大篦条和操作平台，大篦条的下方有输送带。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，卸料斗1的侧壁上有出渣口4，在出渣口4底端的卸料斗1内壁上固定有向出渣口4倾斜的篦条2，篦条2下端的卸料斗1底部固定有出料板3，出料板3上有出料孔，出料板3下方有输送带7，所述出渣口4的下方有大篦条5和操作平台6，大篦条5的下方有输送带7。

1.一种球团环冷机出料口装置，其特征在于：卸料斗(1)的侧壁上有出渣口(4)，在出渣口(4)底端的卸料斗(1)内壁上固定有向出渣口(4)倾斜的篦条(2)，篦条(2)下端的卸料斗(1)底部固定有出料板(3)，出料板(3)上有出料孔，出料板(3)下方有输送带(7)，所述出渣口(4)的下方有大篦条(5)和操作平台(6)，大篦条(5)的下方有输送带(7)。
