本实用新型涉及模具行位的技术领域,具体为一种模具的行位行程限位结构。 
背景技术
在模具结构中,当遇到尺寸较小的行位时,通常采用如图1所示的弹簧波珠3的标准件做行位行程限位装置,行位块1运动时,弹簧波珠3与行位块1上的凹形槽配合达到定位的目的,因为弹簧波珠的定位面较小和弹力较小,弹簧波珠容易损伤,弹簧波珠的定位失效,从而容易损坏模具,弹簧波珠的使用寿命短。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种模具的行位行程限位结构,其行位行程限位稳定且使用寿命长。 
其技术方案是这样的:一种模具的行位行程限位结构,其包括行位座,耐磨块和行位限位装置,所述行位限位装置通过行位限位装置安装孔设置在耐磨块上,其特征在于:所述行位装置为行位定位销,所述行位定位销为头部带两斜面的T形行位定位销,所述行位座上有与T形行位定位销两斜面配合的凹形槽,所述行位定位销通过弹簧活动安装在所述耐磨块上。 
本发明的上述结构中,由于采用了头部带两斜面的行位定位销,行位行程限位很稳定,而且两斜面不容易磨损,从而提高了行位限位装置的使用寿命,更好地保护模具。

具体实施方式
见图2,本发明包括行位座1、耐磨块7、行位限位装置6 ,行位装置6包括T形行位定位销3、弹簧5,T形行位定位销3通过弹簧5活动安装在耐磨块7上的行位限位装置安装孔上,T形行位定位销3的头部为两斜面,行位座1底部有与T形行位定位销3头部斜面配合的凹形槽2,当行位座1向前运动时,凹形槽2运动到T形行位定位销3上时, T形行位定位销3与凹形槽2配合,达到对行位块1限位作用,由于采用了头部带两斜面的行位定位销,行位行程限位很稳定,而且两斜面不容易磨损,从而提高了行位限位装置的使用寿命,更好地保护模具。

1.一种模具的行位行程限位结构,其包括行位座,耐磨块和行位限位装置,所述行位限位装置通过行位限位装置安装孔设置在耐磨块上,其特征在于:所述行位装置为行位定位销,所述行位定位销为头部带两斜面的T形行位定位销,所述行位座上有与T形行位定位销两斜面配合的凹形槽,所述行位定位销通过弹簧活动安装在所述耐磨块上。
