背景技术
现有的CA6150机床上使用的离合器为片式电磁离合器，该片式电磁离合器在使用时极易损坏。从而不得不经常更换离合器，给生产带来很大的不便，同时也造成生产成本上升，不利于工业发展。后来人们为了解决这一技术问题，发明了一种机床离合器，包括滑动盘、弹性棒、从动轴和电磁铁，滑动盘和电磁铁之间连接有弹簧。但是这种结构的离合器上的弹簧在使用的过程中易松脱、变形，需要经常更换，这样维修起来也比较麻烦。

本实用新型为了解决现有技术的问题，提供了一种机床上的电磁离合器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：本实用新型所述的一种机床上的电磁离合器，包括主动轴，主动轴上设有电磁铁和滑动盘，电磁铁设置在滑动盘的下方，所述电磁铁和滑动盘上对称设有一圈凹槽，凹槽内设有弹簧，所述电磁铁上的凹槽内设有防止弹簧松脱的弹簧底座，弹簧底座上设有防止弹簧变形的橡胶防尘套，这样还可以防止弹簧被腐蚀，所述电磁铁与滑动盘的接触面上设有若干橡胶垫。
进一步地，所述橡胶垫的数量为5-10个。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的一种机床上的电磁离合器，包括主动轴1，主动轴1上设有电磁铁2和滑动盘3，电磁铁2设置在滑动盘3的下方，所述电磁铁2和滑动盘3上对称设有一圈凹槽4，凹槽4内设有弹簧5，所述电磁铁2上的凹槽4内设有防止弹簧5松脱的弹簧底座6，弹簧底座6上设有防止弹簧5变形的橡胶防尘套7，所述电磁铁2与滑动盘3的接触面上设有若干橡胶垫8。
值得注意的是，所述橡胶垫8的数量为5-10个。

1.一种机床上的电磁离合器，包括主动轴（1），主动轴（1）上设有电磁铁（2）和滑动盘（3），电磁铁（2）设置在滑动盘（3）的下方，其特征是，所述电磁铁（2）和滑动盘（3）上对称设有一圈凹槽（4），凹槽（4）内设有弹簧（5），所述电磁铁（2）上的凹槽（4）内设有防止弹簧（5）松脱的弹簧底座（6），弹簧底座（6）上设有防止弹簧（5）变形的橡胶防尘套（7），所述电磁铁（2）与滑动盘（3）的接触面上设有若干橡胶垫（8）。
