Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种液体充装装置，包括液体储槽、快装接头和软管，液体储槽和快装接头通过软管连接，在于紧靠快装接头的软管上设置有单向阀和截止阀，单向阀更靠近快装接头。本实用新型结构简单，可以有效的防止液体充装后，软管内液体排空产生的浪费，节约了成本，也避免了排出的液体污染环境。

背景技术
现有的低温液体充装系统中，其主要包括液体储槽、软管以及其它的运输容器，软管上安装有快装接头，通过快装接头进行液体充装，充装后将约3米长的软管内留有余量，再将其液体产品排空，浪费较大，排空后的液体急剧汽化造成了一定的安全隐患，某些液体也会对环境造成一定的污染。

本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种在液体充装过程中不会浪费液体的液体充装装置。
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种液体充装装置，包括储气罐、快装接头和软管，液体储槽和快装接头通过软管连接，紧靠快装接头的软管上设置有单向阀和截止阀，单向阀更靠近快装接头。
进一步的技术方案是软管与液体储槽通过法兰连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
通过设置在软管上的单向阀，在充装过程中可以防止液体倒流，截止阀的作用是在充装液体后，阻止液体的流通，通过法兰使软管和液体储槽连接，可以使连接、更换方便，本实用新型结构简单，可以有效的防止液体充装后，软管内液体排空产生的浪费，节约了成本，也避免了排出的液体污染环境。

如图1所示，一种液体充装装置，包括液体储槽1、快装接头6和软管3，液体储槽1和快装接头6通过软管3连接，紧靠快装接头6的软管3上设置有单向阀5和截止阀4，单向阀5更靠近快装接头6，软管3与液体储槽1通过法兰2连接。

1.一种液体充装装置，包括液体储槽、快装接头和软管，液体储槽和快装接头通过软管连接，其特征在于紧靠快装接头的软管上设置有单向阀和截止阀，单向阀更靠近快装接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体充装装置，其特征在于所述的软管与液体储槽通过法兰连接。
