本实用新型公开了一种粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,该自粘防水卷材包括胎基层、SBS沥青层、粉煤灰改性沥青层以及防粘隔离膜层,其中,SBS沥青层覆设在胎基层的一个或两个侧面上,粉煤灰改性沥青层覆设在SBS沥青层的外侧,而防粘隔离膜层覆设在粉煤灰改性沥青层的外侧。本实用新型所述的自粘防水卷材能够在保持防水卷材相关性能的前提下,大幅度地降低防水卷材的生产成本,以及减少对环境的污染,极大地节约不可再生资源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑用防水卷材,更具体地说,本实用新型涉及一种粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材。
背景技术
目前,市面上公知的防水卷材,在改性沥青涂盖料的填充料设计和使用上,均采用矿物粉,如轻钙、重钙、滑石粉、云母粉等,占配方比例的30%左右,其作用是增加、补强防水卷材的硬度和抗拉强度,增强防水卷材的热稳定性和耐候性。然而,矿物粉是通过矿山选石、磨粉、过筛、烘干等一系列工艺制备而成的,其制造费用高、对环境的污染大、而且极大地浪费了不可再生资源。因此,采用一种造价低、来源普遍的材料来替代粉煤灰,对现有的防水卷材进行改进,具有十分重要的经济和环保意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,以克服现有防水卷材制造成本高、不环保等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,包括胎基层、SBS沥青层、粉煤灰改性沥青层以及防粘隔离膜层,所述的SBS沥青层覆设在所述胎基层的一个或两个侧面上,所述的粉煤灰改性沥青层覆设在所述SBS沥青层上异于胎基层的一侧,所述的防粘隔离膜层覆设在所述粉煤灰改性沥青层上异于SBS沥青层的一侧。
其中,所述的胎基层为聚酯胎基层、玻纤胎基层或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)薄膜层。
所述的粉煤灰改性沥青是通过对粉煤灰进行活性处理后,与改性橡胶沥青进行有机混合制备而成的。
所述的防粘隔离膜层为聚乙烯薄膜层。
本实用新型所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,撕除防粘隔离膜层后,可直接铺设在聚合物水泥胶凝材料上,卷材中的粉煤灰改性沥青会与聚合物水泥胶凝材料形成界面互串网络结构,最终形成连续的机械粘结,从而永久地密封于聚合物水泥胶凝材料构件上。
本实用新型所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,是采用工业废弃物粉煤灰来替代矿物粉,对橡胶沥青进行改性而制得的。粉煤灰是煤在燃烧过程中排出的灰渣,其成份与矿物粉基本一致,并且具有来源普遍、费用低下等优点,用其替代矿物粉应用于防水卷材中,能够在保持防水卷材相关性能的前提下,大幅度地降低防水卷材的生产成本,以及减少对环境的污染,极大地节约不可再生资源,还能实现工业废弃物粉煤灰的综合循环利用。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,由聚酯胎基层1、SBS沥青层2、粉煤灰改性沥青层3以及聚乙烯薄膜层4构成。其中,SBS沥青层2覆设在聚酯胎基层1的两个侧面上。SBS沥青层2的外侧均覆设有粉煤灰改性沥青层3。而聚乙烯薄膜层4则覆设在粉煤灰改性沥青层3的外侧。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实用新型所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,由玻纤胎基层5、SBS沥青层2、粉煤灰改性沥青层3以及聚乙烯薄膜层4构成。其中,SBS沥青层2覆设在玻纤胎基层5的两个侧面上。SBS沥青层2的外侧均覆设有粉煤灰改性沥青层3。而聚乙烯薄膜层4则覆设在粉煤灰改性沥青层3的外侧。
实施例三
如图3所示,本实用新型所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,由HDPE薄膜层6、SBS沥青层2、粉煤灰改性沥青层3以及聚乙烯薄膜层4构成。其中,SBS沥青层2覆设在HDPE薄膜层6的一个侧面上。SBS沥青层2的外侧覆设有粉煤灰改性沥青层3。而聚乙烯薄膜层4则覆设在粉煤灰改性沥青层3的外侧。

1.一种粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:包括胎基层、SBS沥青层、粉煤灰改性沥青层以及防粘隔离膜层,所述的SBS沥青层覆设在所述胎基层的一个或两个侧面上,所述的粉煤灰改性沥青层覆设在所述SBS沥青层上异于胎基层的一侧,所述的防粘隔离膜层覆设在所述粉煤灰改性沥青层上异于SBS沥青层的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的胎基层为聚酯胎基层、玻纤胎基层或高密度聚乙烯薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉煤灰改性沥青自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防粘隔离膜层为聚乙烯薄膜层。
