背景技术
我国的建筑防水工程多年以来一直采用纸胎石油沥青防水卷材为主要防水材料，由于纸胎石油沥青防水卷材无延伸率、易撕裂、不耐高温、抗老化性差等诸多缺陷，已无法满足现代建筑防水和环保的要求，同时，现有的改性沥青自粘防水卷材多采用PE膜作为上表层材料，由于PE膜拉伸强度较低，在用于地下室防水施工中需要水泥砂浆保护层，这样增加了施工成本，同时也易发生漏水现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐磨、耐腐蚀、透气性好、拉伸强度大的以丙纶无纺布为面层的自粘沥青防水卷材。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现：
一种以丙纶无纺布为面层的自粘沥青防水卷材，主要包括胎基层，胎基层的一面设有丙纶无纺布层，胎基层的另一面设有PE隔离膜层，所述的胎基层与丙纶无纺布层和PE隔离膜层之间均设有自粘沥青涂层。
所述的自粘沥青涂层为所述的自粘沥青涂层为内外两层结构，其内层为SBS改性剂固体颗粒层，其外层为掺有荧光粉的SBR胶粉颗粒层。
与现有的技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
一种以丙纶无纺布为面层的自粘沥青防水卷材，通过将自粘沥青涂层设为内外两层结构，其内层为SBS改性剂固体颗粒层，其外层为SBR掺有荧光粉的胶粉颗粒层，更便于施工时的标识，同时具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、透气性好、拉伸强度大、设计合理、科学实用的特点，有效的节省了施工成本，简化了施工步骤，避免了漏水现象的发生，具有广阔的市场前景。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型一种以丙纶无纺布为面层的自粘沥青防水卷材，主要包括胎基层2，胎基层2的一面设有丙纶无纺布层1，胎基层2的另一面设有PE隔离膜层3，所述的胎基层2与丙纶无纺布层1和PE隔离膜层3之间均设有自粘沥青涂层4，所述的自粘沥青涂层4为内外两层结构，其内层为SBS改性剂固体颗粒层，其外层为掺有荧光粉的SBR胶粉颗粒层。
使用本实用新型时，由于本实用新型具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、透气性好、拉伸强度大等优点可直接与混凝土粘接，本实用新型有效的起到了防水功能，同时大大节省了施工成本和工期，简化了施工步骤。
