技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于建筑防水的防水卷材,特别涉及一种多层拉伸HDPE橡胶自粘防水卷材。
背景技术
传统的防水卷材在正常的施工情况下,如底下底板、基坑比较窄、无法外贴的地下侧墙,则必须在混凝土浇筑之前进行防水作业。而目前常用的防水材料包括:各项沥青卷材三元乙丙卷材、PVC卷材,涂料等,但这些卷材面临如下困境:1、适应基层变形能力差,不具备自愈功能,断裂延伸率差,必须在主体混凝土浇筑之前先浇筑几公分厚的混凝土保护层,在保护层施工过程中就可能对防水层造成隐形破坏;2、在主体混凝土施工过程中,钢筋吊放、绑扎、作业面交叉及其他活动均有可能对已完成的防水层造成破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水效果好、拉伸强度好、断裂延伸率高、抗穿透能力强、施工方便、自愈能力强的多层伸拉HDPE橡胶自粘防水卷材。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种多层拉伸HDPE橡胶自粘防水卷材,包括两层紧密连接的维罗朗多层拉伸HDPE膜,所述两层维罗朗多层拉伸HDPE膜的接触面上涂覆有自粘胶材料制成的胶料层,所述两层维罗朗多层拉伸HDPE膜的任意一层的外表面上紧密连接有隔离纸或隔离膜中的一种。
本实用新型采用上述方案,防水效果好、拉伸强度高、断裂延伸率高、抗穿透能力强、施工方便、自愈能力强。
