本实用新型涉及一种电厂使用的热风隔绝门,尤其涉及气动热风隔绝门。 
背景技术:
气动热风隔绝门是锅炉的重要辅助设备,安装于火力发电厂锅炉冷、热风道上需要关断隔绝的场合,但是目前的气动热风隔绝门具有关闭不严,关闭时间过长的缺点,而且开启关闭速度慢,不灵活,对设备的切换和停役检修很不便。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供气动热风隔绝门,它采用双轨技术,使得风门的开关迅速移位,开启关闭速度快,非常灵活。 
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它由外壳、行走轨道、行走带阀气缸、门座、门板、锁紧机构、锁紧气缸、连动机构、行走气缸支座、垫圈和六角螺母组成,行走轨道的上方设置有外壳,行走轨道设置在门板的下侧,行走带阀气缸设置在行走轨道的下方,门板的上侧设置有门座,门板的下方设置有锁紧机构,锁紧机构与锁紧气缸相连,锁紧气缸通过垫圈和六角螺母与连动机构相连,行走气缸支座设置在行走带阀气缸的中间。 
所述的行走轨道采用双轨,这样使得隔绝门的开关迅速,移位灵活。 
本实用新型安装于电厂锅炉炉空气预热器出口至磨煤机进口热风管道中,用来隔断进磨煤机的热风,它组装后先进行调试,全行程无卡涩、阻隔,导轮道轨过度平滑,密封面能紧靠门板,接上气源, 通入0.5-0.8MPa压缩空气,进行全行程、机械、气动、控制箱联合调试。它的优点是采用双轨技术,能够迅速开启和关闭风门,开闭灵活。

具体实施方式:
参照图1-3,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它由外壳1、行走轨道2、行走带阀气缸3、门座4、门板5、锁紧机构6、锁紧气缸7、连动机构8、行走气缸支座9、垫圈10和六角螺母11组成,行走轨道2的上方设置有外壳1,行走轨道2设置在门板5的下侧,行走带阀气缸3设置在行走轨道2的下方,门板5的上侧设置有门座4,门板5的下方设置有锁紧机构6,锁紧机构6与锁紧气缸7相连,锁紧气缸7通过垫圈10和六角螺母11与连动机构8相连,行走气缸支座9设置在行走带阀气缸3的中间。 
所述的行走轨道2采用双轨,这样使得隔绝门的开关迅速,移位灵活。

1.气动热风隔绝门,其特征在于它由外壳(1)、行走轨道(2)、行走带阀气缸(3)、门座(4)、门板(5)、锁紧机构(6)、锁紧气缸(7)、连动机构(8)、行走气缸支座(9)、垫圈(10)和六角螺母(11)组成,行走轨道(2)的上方设置有外壳(1),行走轨道(2)设置在门板(5)的下侧,行走带阀气缸(3)设置在行走轨道(2)的下方,门板(5)的上侧设置有门座(4),门板(5)的下方设置有锁紧机构(6),锁紧机构(6)与锁紧气缸(7)相连,锁紧气缸(7)通过垫圈10和六角螺母(11)与连动机构(8)相连,行走气缸支座(9)设置在行走带阀气缸(3)的中间。
