本实用新型涉及一种套筒卷边装置。
背景技术
机械式汽车转向管柱的套筒上需4处沿圆周均布卷宽10mm的边。由于产品结构的特点，卷边时不能在轴向施加力，只能通过径向施力进行卷边，同时每次只对一处卷边，生产效率低、质量难以保证。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述所存在的缺点，提供一种成本低、结构简单，一次可对4处进行卷边的套筒卷边装置。
本实用新型涉及的套筒卷边装置，包括同步四爪卡盘、卡爪、十字垫环，定心环、螺钉，其要点是所述的十字垫环上端设有十字形的伸出爪，下端开有十字槽；所述的十字垫环由卡爪、定心环及螺钉固定在同步四爪卡盘中。
本实用新型结构简单、成本低，一次即可完成套筒4处的卷边，速度快，质量好。

具体实施方式
由同步四爪卡盘1，卡爪2，十字垫环3，定心环4，螺钉5构成的套筒卷边装置，十字垫环3通过定心环4及螺钉5固定在同步四爪卡盘1中。十字垫环3上端设有十字形的伸出爪6，下端开有与卡爪2相配的十字槽7，卡爪2嵌入十字垫环3的十字槽7中对十字垫环3进行角向定位。
产品放入十字垫环3的定位孔中定位后，用卡盘套筒转动同步四爪卡盘1，四个卡爪2同时对产品施力进行卷边，完成后松开卡爪2，将产品旋转一定的角度，使产品卷边处脱离十字垫环3上端的四个伸出爪6，然后将产品取出。

1.一种套筒卷边装置，包括同步四爪卡盘(1)、卡爪(2)、十字垫环(3)，定心环(4)、螺钉(5)，其特征在于：所述的十字垫环(3)上端设有十字形的伸出爪(6)，下端开有十字槽(7)；所述的十字垫环(3)由卡爪(2)、定心环(4)及螺钉(5)固定在同步四爪卡盘(1)中。
