Abstract

一种炭黑干燥装置，炭黑干燥机的两端壁分别开有若干个余热口，两端的余热口通过管道连接形成风路，炭黑干燥机的一端设有风机。本实用新型的技术效果是：热气流为炭黑生产过程产生的，而不需用炭黑尾气做燃料燃烧来产生，因此节约能源效果明显。由于不需燃烧，故减少了燃料炉及相关设备的投资，也减少了这部份设备的运行及维修成本。另外，由于去掉了燃烧过程，从而减少氮氧化物及二氧化碳的排放量，有较好的环境效益。

背景技术
目前湿法炭黑使用的干燥装置是用炭黑生产中产生尾气作为燃料在专门的燃烧炉中燃烧，产生高温热气流来干燥湿的炭黑。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种炭黑干燥装置，该装置充分回收利用干燥湿炭黑时产生的尾气再次干燥湿炭黑，节约能量，减少环境污染。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括炭黑干燥机、余热口、管道、风机，其特征是炭黑干燥机的两端壁分别开有若干个余热口，两端的余热口通过管道连接形成风路，炭黑干燥机的一端设有风机。
本实用新型的技术效果是：热气流为炭黑生产过程产生的，而不需用炭黑尾气做燃料燃烧来产生，因此节约能源效果明显。由于不需燃烧，故减少了燃料炉及相关设备的投资，也减少了这部份设备的运行及维修成本。另外，由于去掉了燃烧过程，从而减少氮氧化物及二氧化碳的排放量，有较好的环境效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，炭黑干燥机1的两端壁分别开有若干个余热口2，两端的余热口2通过管道3连接形成风路，炭黑干燥机1的一端设有风机4。炭黑干燥机1内湿炭黑经过干燥后进入到炭黑干燥机1的一端，该端的热气流通过风机4从余热口抽到炭黑干燥机的另一端的余热口，从而将热气流中的热能回收用于加热湿炭黑。
