本实用新型属于爆炸波吹灰技术领域,具体涉及一种具有双供气方式的配气柜。
背景技术
爆炸波吹灰器又名脉冲吹灰器、冲击波吹灰器、激波吹灰器等,最早是由乌克兰的科技人员于上世纪八十年代最先提出的,主要是使燃料与助燃气体形成的预混气在通过喷管与烟道连通的爆炸罐内燃烧爆炸,通过爆炸冲击波的冲击作用和高速射流的冲刷作用清除换热面和烟道壁面的积灰。国内则自上世纪九十年代开始发展,由于清灰效果好且能够清除顽固性灰垢,发展十分迅速。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种具有双供气方式的配气柜,与已有技术相比,这种配气柜的使用范围更广,适应性更强。 
本实用新型的方案是:一种具有双供气方式的配气柜。 
使用旋涡气泵输出的压缩气体或外接压缩空气经三通14与乙炔气分别接入配气引发器内,压缩空气至逆止阀15,共用逆止阀4到达混合罐3;同时乙炔气经过阻火器7,电磁阀6,逆止阀5,共用逆止阀4,也到达混合罐3,两种气体经过混合后经点火器2通电引爆后实现吹灰的效果。该配气引发器接一个弱爆炸罐,也可以接两个弱爆炸罐。 
本实用新型的主要优点在于: 
1.在外供压缩空气出现问题时,可以直接切换到使用旋涡气泵提供空气方式,多了一种选择方式,大大减少了由于吹灰器检修带来的影响。 
2.提供两种可选的供应空气的方式,提高产品的使用范围及适应性。 
3.在需要的时候可以采用两种气源同时供气的方式,增加压缩空气总量,提高了系统供气总量,增大吹灰强度。

实施例1: 
如附图1所示,本例实施的配置装置主要包括:在配气柜1内安装好部件,引入压缩空气至压空电磁阀11或引入旋涡气泵空气至空气电磁阀12,经三通14、空气逆止阀15,共用逆止阀4到达混合罐3;同时引入乙炔气经过乙炔阻火器7,乙炔电磁阀6,乙炔逆止阀5,共用逆止阀4,也到达混合罐3,两种气体经过混合后经点火器2通电引爆后实现吹灰的效果。

1.一种具有双供气方式的配气柜,主要包括配气柜(1),点火器(2),混合罐(3),共用逆止阀(4),乙炔逆止阀(5),乙炔电磁阀(6),阻火器(7),手动球阀(8),压空手动球阀(9),旋涡气泵(10),压空电磁阀(11),空气电磁阀(12),手动球阀(13),空气逆止阀(15),其特征在于:提供两种供应空气的方式,在空气进口处加装一个三通,一路连接风机,另一路连接压缩空气。
