背景技术
目前半导体在人们的生活中运用非常广泛，特别是在电子电力领域更是离不开半导体。半导体生产中需要将硅矿石粉碎，一般采用鄂式破碎机进行粉碎工作。但传统的鄂式破碎机是之间置于地面上的，振动较大，无法充分破碎硅矿石。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种鄂式破碎多晶硅装置，以解决传统技术的鄂式破碎机振动大，无法充分破碎硅矿石的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
鄂式破碎多晶硅装置，包括有鄂式破碎机，所述鄂式破碎机的出料口开在底部，其特征在于：还包括有两个并行放置的底座，底座之间连接有两个平行的横梁，所述鄂式破碎机架在底座之间的横梁上并与横梁固定为一体，所述鄂式破碎机的出料口处安装有向下倾斜的出料斗。
本实用新型结构简单，易于安装和日常维护，通过设置的底座，将鄂式破碎机与底座上的横梁连接为一体，这样底座就可以起到缓冲的作用，减少了鄂式破碎机在工作中的振动，大大提高了硅矿石的破碎效率。

如图1所示。鄂式破碎多晶硅装置，包括有鄂式破碎机1，鄂式破碎机1由电机2通过皮带驱动，鄂式破碎机1的出料口开在底部，还包括有两个并行放置的底座3，底座3之间连接有两个平行的横梁4，鄂式破碎机1架在底座3之间的横梁4上并与横梁4固定为一体，鄂式破碎机1的出料口处安装有向下倾斜的出料斗5。
