Abstract

一种电芯极柱不易脱落松动的方形锂离子电池,一对绝缘板6安装在铝外壳体(1)内,且位于电芯(2)两端,电芯(2)的正极极耳通过电极延长柄(5)与正极柱(2-1)焊接电连接,电芯(2)的负极极耳也通过电极延长柄与负极柱(2-2)焊接电连接,正极柱(2-1)与铝外壳体(1)焊接电连接。优点是:(1)正负极采用延伸柄,将电芯的极片引出,降低了最后封装的难度,同时也降低了脱松动的风险。(2)将正极延伸柄直接焊接到铝外壳体(上),铝外壳体带电后,可减少腐蚀。

背景技术
目前,一般方形锂离子电池的极柱与电芯极耳的连接方法是用螺栓紧固,螺栓紧固可能出现松动导致接触不良。 
发明内容
本实用新型就为了克服现有方形锂离子电池电的极耳用螺栓紧固连接,螺栓紧固可能出现松动导致接触不良脱落松动之不足,而提供一种电芯极柱不易脱落松动的方形锂离子电池。 
本实用新型主要由主要由铝外壳体、电芯、安全阀和电极柱组成,电芯安放在壳体内,它还有电极延长柄和一对绝缘板,一对绝缘板安装在铝外壳体内,且位于电芯两端,电芯的正极极耳通过电极延长柄与正极柱焊接电连接,电芯的负极极耳也通过电极延长柄与负极柱焊接电连接,正极柱与铝外壳体焊接电连接。负极与铝外壳体保持绝缘。 
本实用新型的优点是: 
1、正负极采用延伸柄,将电芯的极片引出,降低了最后封装的难度,同时也降低了脱落松动的风险。 
2、将正极延伸柄直接焊接到铝外壳体上,铝外壳体带电后,可减少腐蚀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。本实用新型主要由一种电芯极柱不易脱落松动的方形锂离子电池,方形锂离子电池主要由铝外壳体1、电芯2、安全阀3和电极柱组成,电芯2安放在铝外壳体1内,它还有电极延长柄5和一对绝缘板6,一对绝缘板6安装在铝外壳体1内,且位于电芯2两端,电芯2的正极极耳通过电极延长柄5与正极柱2-1焊接电连接(电极延长柄与电芯焊接后从绝缘板的缝隙中伸出),电芯2的负极极耳也通过电极延长柄与负极柱2-2焊接电连接,正极柱2-1与铝外壳体1焊接电连接。负极柱采用螺母紧固后用点焊锁死防止螺母松动脱落,负极延伸柄与压条极耳焊接,同时为了防止延伸柄弯曲后接触到电芯和铝外壳体。在负极端盖板内侧面和外侧面上都有绝缘材料。安全阀紧固后用点焊锁死防止松动脱落。

1.一种电芯极柱不易脱落松动的方形锂离子电池,方形锂离子电池主要由铝外壳体(1)、电芯(2)、安全阀(3)和电极柱组成,电芯(2)安放在铝外壳体(1)内,其特征在于它还有电极延长柄(5)和一对绝缘板(6),一对绝缘板(6)安装在铝外壳体(1)内,且位于电芯(2)两端,电芯(2)的正极极耳通过电极延长柄(5)与正极柱(2-1)焊接电连接,电芯(2)的负极极耳也通过电极延长柄与负极柱(2-2)焊接电连接,正极柱(2-1)与铝外壳体(1)焊接电连接。
