Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于电站锅炉的防止空气预热器漏风的密封装置,在压板上开槽镶嵌弹性密封梳齿固板,在弹性密封梳齿固板上镶入弹性密封梳齿,采用紧固件5将压板和弹性密封梳齿固板固定在隔板上,沿半径方向分成数段,使弹性密封梳齿与扇形板接触运行,有效分隔负压烟气和正压空气,既可以保证密封效果,提高空气预热器的效率,又可以避免空气预热器在热态运行中使隔板上端金属温度高于下端金属温度发生膨胀导致变形,而加重空气预热器的漏风,从而保证空气预热器的安全运行。

防止空气预热器漏风的密封装置 
技术领域
空气预热器是利用烟气的热量来加热燃烧所需空气的热交换设备。燃煤机组的回转式空气预热器的主要问题是漏风较严重,漏风使空气直接进入烟道,由引风机抽去,因而送、引风机的电耗都增大,增加排烟热损失,使锅炉热效率降低。漏风对锅炉运行的经济性有很大影响,如果超过送、引风机的负荷能力,会造成燃烧风量不足,以至被迫降低负荷,直接影响锅炉的安全性和经济性。如果漏风过大,还会使送入炉膛的风量不足,导致锅炉的机械未完全燃烧,热损失增加,并进而影响锅炉的出力效率,并且可能引起炉膛结渣。 
背景技术
本实用新型涉及电站锅炉的空气预热器。空气预热器是一种转动机械,无论是受热面转动还是风罩转动,在预热器的动、静部件之间,总要留有一定的间隙,以便转动部件运动。流经预热器的空气是正压,烟气是负压,空气会在这种压差的作用下,通过这些间隙漏到烟气中去。尽管这些间隙中有密封装置,但也不可能将这些间隙堵死,因而造成密封漏风。空气预热器在热态运行时,由于烟气自上而下流动,烟气温度逐渐降低,而空气自下而上流动,空气温度逐渐升高,这就使隔板的上端金属温度高于下端金属温度,隔板的上端的径向膨胀量大于下端的径向膨胀量,易使径向隔板发生变形,加重漏风。 
发明内容
本实用新型是设计一种用于防止空气预热器漏风的密封装置,解决空气预热器的漏风问题,实现空气预热器的良好密封,提高锅炉的热效率。 
本实用新型包括扇形板1、弹性密封梳齿2、压板3、弹性密封梳齿固板4、紧固件5、隔板6,见附图。其中扇形板为原结构,负压烟气7和正压空气8为工作要素。其特征在于: 
在压板3上开槽镶嵌弹性密封梳齿固板4,在弹性密封梳齿固板4上镶入弹性密封梳齿2,采用紧固件5将压板3和弹性密封梳齿固板4固定在隔板6上,沿半径方向分成数段,使弹性密封梳齿2与扇形板1接触运行,有效分隔负压烟气7和正压空气8,既可以保证密封效果,提高空气预热器的效率,又可以避免空气预热器在热态运行中使隔板6上端金属温度高于下端金属温度发生膨胀导致变形,而加重空气预热器的漏风,从而保证空气预热器的安全运行。 
弹性密封梳齿2采用细金属丝或高分子化学材料,如塑料等制成毛刷状,具有柔软、耐腐蚀、耐磨特点,在与扇形板1沿半径方向分数段接触运行时,接触呈面接触,完全阻隔负压烟气7和正压烟气8,阻气性能好,实现密封效果。弹性密封梳齿2不变形且不损伤扇形板,运行可靠、安全。

具体实施方式
本发明是由扇形板1、弹性密封梳齿2、压板3、弹性密封梳齿固板4、紧固件5、径向隔板6组成。其特征在于:将沿半径方向分成数段的弹性密封梳齿2镶嵌在弹性密封梳齿固板4内,制成用于阻气的密封部件,配合在压板3上,形成阻止负压烟气7和正压空气8的密封装置。

1.防止空气预热器漏风的密封装置,包括扇形板(1)、压板(3)、弹性密封梳齿固板(4)、紧固件(5)、隔板(6),其特征在于:在所述的弹性密封梳齿固板(4)上开槽,镶嵌有弹性密封梳齿(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止空气预热器漏风的密封装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性密封梳齿(2)为细金属丝或塑料丝制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防止空气预热器漏风的密封装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性密封梳齿(2)为毛刷状。
