Abstract
一种正反转切割双锯片装置,包括外轴套和内轴套,所述内轴套通过轴承安装在所述外轴套上,外锯片安装在外轴套上,内锯片安装在内轴套上,所述外锯片和内锯片的装配相对面均为锥面,所述内锯片和外锯片之间的距离从外端到内侧逐渐变大。本实用新型提供一种降低加工精度、提高可靠性、降低成本的正反转切割双锯片装置。

技术领域
本实用新型属于切割机领域,尤其涉及一种双锯片装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,有一类电圆锯用锯片,它只能单一方向旋转切割,由于反作用大,手持操作费力,不能切割普通钢铁等质地坚硬的材料;还有一种正反转切割机双锯片,两锯片的定位靠台阶,要求加工精度高,锯片切割过程会造成局部受热变形严重,造成在实际切割中两锯片之间往往贴合不好,而无法正常切割。
发明内容
为了克服现有的正反转切割机双锯片的加工精度要求很高、可靠性低、成本高的不足,本实用新型提供一种降低加工精度、提高可靠性、降低成本的正反转切割双锯片装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种正反转切割双锯片装置,包括外轴套和内轴套,所述内轴套通过轴承安装在所述外轴套上,外锯片安装在外轴套上,内锯片安装在内轴套上,所述外锯片和内锯片的装配相对面均为锥面,所述内锯片和外锯片之间的距离从外端到内侧逐渐变大。
锯片包括基体和齿端,本实用新型定义的外端为靠近齿端侧,内侧为基体侧,即靠近锯片和轴套的安装处。
进一步,所述内轴套表面设有与内锯片的安装孔对应的用于防错装的凸点;所述外轴套表面设有与外锯片的安装孔对应的用于防错装的凸点。
再进一步,所述内锯片和外锯片之间的距离由内轴套2和外轴套1的定位面高度差控制,其范围是:0.005~0.15mm。
更进一步,所述外锯片和内锯片的相对面的夹角为1~3°。
本实用新型的技术构思为:外轴套与内轴套的旋转方向相向,各带动第二锯片与第一锯片往不同方向旋转,由于两锯片均有一锥面,受热后变形均匀,切割过程中能很好调整切割机两锯片的贴合度,消除了由于切割过程中锯片发热局部变形导致的锯片失效现象。
本实用新型的有益效果:降低加工精度,低精度就可以满足要求,简化加工工艺,提高产品的可靠性,降低加工成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参照图1、图2,一种正反转切割双锯片装置,包括外轴套1和内轴套2,所述内轴套2通过轴承安装在所述外轴套1上,外锯片3安装在外轴套1上,内锯片4安装在内轴套2上,所述外锯片和内锯片的装配相对面均为锥面,所述内锯片和外锯片之间的距离从外端到内侧逐渐变大。
锯片包括基体和齿端,本实用新型定义的外端为靠近齿端侧,内侧为基体侧,即靠近锯片和轴套的安装处。
所述内轴套2表面设有与内锯片的安装孔对应的用于防错装的凸点;所述外轴套1表面设有与外锯片的安装孔对应的用于防错装的凸点。所述内轴套2和外轴套1的定位面的高度差为:0.005~0.15mm。所述外锯片和内锯片的相对面的夹角为1~3°。
由于两锯片均有一锥面,受热后变形均匀,切割过程中能很好调整切割机两锯片的贴合度,消除了由于切割过程中锯片发热局部变形导致的锯片失效现象。本实用新型的有益效果是降低了加工精度,低精度就可以满足要求,简化加工工艺,提高产品的可靠性,降低加工成本。
由于两锯片均有一锥面,两锯片的间隙在锯齿的地方最窄,其余的地方较宽。在操作过程中,只需要控制两锯片锯齿间的间隙,控制容易,精度要求低。两锯片的间隙由由内轴套2和外轴套1的定位面高度差控制,其间隙在0.005-0.15mm。
内外轴套表面均有凸点,与锯片的孔相对应,具有防错装功能。
Claims (4)
1.一种正反转切割双锯片装置,包括外轴套和内轴套,所述内轴套通过轴承安装在所述外轴套上,外锯片安装在外轴套上,内锯片安装在内轴套上,其特征在于:所述外锯片和内锯片的装配相对面均为锥面,所述内锯片和外锯片之间的距离从外端到内侧逐渐变大。
2.如权利要求1所述的正反转切割双锯片装置,其特征在于:所述内轴套表面设有与内锯片的安装孔对应的用于防错装的凸点;所述外轴套表面设有与外锯片的安装孔对应的用于防错装的凸点。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的正反转切割双锯片装置,其特征在于:所述内锯片和外锯片之间的距离在0.005-0.15mm之间。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的正反转切割双锯片装置,其特征在于:所述外锯片和内锯片的相对面的夹角为1~3°。
