Abstract

板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器,包括壳管式换热器和板式换热器。壳管式换热器在前,板式换热器串接固定在壳管式换热器的下端。本实用新型采用壳管式换热器为一级换热,把蒸汽温度从400℃,通过换热降至150℃以下,变成压力为4kg;温度为150℃的饱和蒸汽,再进入板式换热器,进行第二级换热,发挥了板式换热器换热效率高的优势。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种换热器,尤其是一种板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器。 
背景技术:在电厂、化工厂、钢厂等行业,换热器使用的蒸汽温度一般>150~400℃,使用的换热器都是列管式换热器,螺旋板式换热器。列管换热器K值为800~1500W/m2·℃,螺旋板式换热器K值≤2500W/m2·℃,这些设备换热系数低,占地面积大,大大的浪费能源,而板式换热器K值为3000~7000W/m2·℃,但其使用温度≤150℃,这就限制了板式换热器的使用。 
发明内容:针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器,包括壳管式换热器和板式换热器。壳管式换热器在前,板式换热器串接固定在壳管式换热器的下端,板式换热器上设有热介质入口,冷介质出口,热介质出口和冷介质入口。 
本实用新型采用壳管式换热器为一级换热,把蒸汽温度从400℃,通过换热降至150℃以下,变成压力为4kg;温度为150℃的饱和蒸汽,再进入板式换热器,进行第二级换热,发挥了板式换热器换热效率高的优势。

具体实施方式:
实施例1 
如图1和图2所示:当蒸汽温度在250℃~400℃的时候,壳管式换热器7在前,板式换热器8串接固定在壳管式换热器7的下端,板式换热器8上设有热介质入口1,冷介质出口2,热介质出口3和冷介质入口4。高温蒸汽入口5固定在壳管式换热器7上,串接板式换热器8,二次水入口6固定在壳管式换热器7的前端。高温蒸汽经过壳管式换热器7冷却后进入板式换热器8。 
实施例2 
如图3和图4所示:当蒸汽温度<250℃的时候,壳管式换热器7`在前,板式换热器8`串接固定在壳管式换热器7`的下端,板式换热器8`上设有热介质入口1`,冷介质出口2`,热介质出口3`和冷介质入口4`。高温蒸汽与二次水入口5`固定壳管式换热器7`上,串接板式换热器8`。 
实施例3 
如图5和图6所示:当蒸汽温度<200℃的时候,壳管式换热器 7``在前,板式换热器8``串接固定在壳管式换热器7``的下端,板式换热器8``上设有热介质入口1``,冷介质出口2``,热介质出口3``和冷介质入口4``。高温蒸汽入口5``固定在壳管式换热器7``上,串接板式换热器8``,二次水入口6``与壳管式换热器7``和板式换热器8``并联。二次水入口6``和冷介质入口4``经壳管式换热器7``和板式换热器8``换热后,经出口冷介质出口2``和冷介质出口9``并联送入管网。

1.板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器,其特征在于:包括壳管式换热器和板式换热器,壳管式换热器在前,板式换热器串接固定在壳管式换热器的下端,板式换热器上设有热介质入口,冷介质出口,热介质出口和冷介质入口。
2.如权利要求1所述的板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器,其特征在于:高温蒸汽入口固定在壳管式换热器上,串接板式换热器,二次水入口固定在壳管式换热器的前端。
3.如权利要求1所述的板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器,其特征在于:高温蒸汽与二次水入口固定壳管式换热器上,串接板式换热器。
4.如权利要求1所述的板-壳式二级换热高温蒸汽换热器,其特征在于:高温蒸汽入口固定在壳管式换热器上,串接板式换热器,二次水入口与壳管式换热器和板式换热器并联。
