技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种提取设备，具体地说是一种新型挥发油提取设备。
背景技术
现有的挥发油提取设备是在常温常压条件下，将提取罐里大量带挥发性成分的水蒸气直接进入冷却器里冷凝后经油水分离器，收集所得到的挥发油。此类设备的缺陷是在常压下水的沸点是100℃，加热提取罐需要大量时间和能耗，对提取效率大大降低，且香味有所改变。因此发明一种在70～100℃条件下，能够提取中草药中易挥发性成分的设备，并且使提取的挥发油能保持原有的香味特征非常有益。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有挥发油提取设备的缺陷，提供一种新型挥发油提取设备，它特别适用于在70～100℃条件下提取分离中草药中易挥发性成分。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它包括提取罐和真空罐，提取罐的上部连接有蒸汽连接管，蒸汽连接管与真空罐连接，其特征是：真空罐内装有冷却管和抽真空管，真空罐的底部连接有油水分离管，油水分离管的底部装有放料阀。所述的放料阀的上端连接有三叉管，三叉管的另一端与蒸汽连接管连接。使用时真空罐内的冷却管能迅速冷凝在真空条件下汽化的水蒸气和挥发性气体，油水分离管中收集的液体自动分层，不需要部分经三通管自动流回到提取罐中。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单，效率高，能耗低，能保持挥发性成分的原有香味，能分离挥发性成分中的轻、重组分，特别适用于在70～100℃条件下提取分离中草药中易挥发性成分。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括提取罐1和真空罐3，提取1罐的上部连接有蒸汽连接管2，蒸汽连接管2与真空罐3连接，真空罐3内装有冷却管4和抽真空管5，真空罐3的底部连接有油水分离管6，油水分离管6的底部装有放料阀C。所述的放料阀C的上端连接有三叉管，三叉管的另一端与蒸汽连接管2连接。三叉管的两个支管上分别装有控制阀A和B。
工作时将提取罐(1)中的原料通过加热升温至70～100℃后，在抽真空管5的作用下将混合蒸汽输入蒸汽连接管2，通过蒸汽连接管2的混合蒸汽遇到冷却管4后迅速冷凝，冷凝后的液体随真空罐3内壁流入油水分离管6，如需要的是重组分，则打开三叉管上的的控制阀A；如需要的是轻组分，则打开三叉管上的的控制阀B，不需要的组分自动回流到提取罐1中，提取完成后打开油水分离管6上的放料阀C，收集挥发油组分。
本实用新型是提取挥发油的理想设备，具有结构简单，效率高，能耗低，能保持挥发性成分的原有香味，能收集70～100℃下的挥发油组分。对于食品和药品生产单位有较好的实用价值。

1.一种新型挥发油提取设备，它包括提取罐和真空罐，提取罐的上部连接有蒸汽连接管，蒸汽连接管与真空罐连接，其特征是：真空罐内装有冷却管和抽真空管，真空罐的底部连接有油水分离管，油水分离管的底部装有放料阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型挥发油提取设备，其特征是：所述的放料阀的上端连接有三叉管，三叉管的另一端与蒸汽连接管连接。
