涂覆型抗静电膜
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种涂覆型抗静电膜。主要用于电子产品防护,属于包装材料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
当今世界已进入信息化时代,各种频率、波长的电磁波充满整个地球空间,这些电磁波会对未经屏蔽的敏感性电子元件、电路板、通信设备等会产生不同程度的干扰,造成数据失真、通信紊乱。而电磁感应和摩擦产生的静电对各种敏感元件、仪器仪表、某些化工产品等,如因包装薄膜静电积累产生高压放电,其后果将是破坏性的。
PET薄膜是一种性能比较全面的包装薄膜。其透明性好,有光泽;具有良好的气密性和保香性;防潮性中等,在低温下透湿率下降。PET薄膜的机械性能优良,其强韧性是所有热塑性塑料中最好的,抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般薄膜高得多;且挺度好,尺寸稳定,适于印刷、纸袋等二次加工。PET薄膜还具有优良的耐热、耐寒性和良好的耐化学药品性和耐油性,但其不具有抗静电性能,不能将被包装的敏感性电子元件、电路板、通信设备等产品上的静电及时去除,存在较大的安全隐患。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种表面导电性能强,使产生的电荷能尽快泄漏的涂覆型抗静电膜。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种涂覆型抗静电膜,它包括依次设置的PET面层、PET中间层和PET底层,其特征在于:所述PET底层表面设置有抗静电层。
本实用新型涂覆型抗静电膜的有益效果是:

(五)具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型涉及的一种涂覆型抗静电膜,它包括依次设置的PET面层1、PET中间层2、PET底层3和抗静电层4;
所述PET面层1、PET中间层2和PET底层3三层共挤制成薄膜;
为节约成本,PET中间层2中可添加PET回料。
共挤出的薄膜的PET底层3表面喷涂抗静电涂料,形成抗静电层4。
制得的抗静电膜的表面比电阻≤109~10欧姆。
使用时,在涂覆型抗静电膜的抗静电层4表面涂覆胶水,然后贴合在被包装的产品上,可使产品表面产生的电荷尽快泄漏,有效防止了外界静电对被包装产品的损伤,有效的保护了被包装产品。
