本实用新型涉及一种轮胎生产工具，具体涉及一种轮胎硫化模具活字块。
背景技术
目前使用的轮胎硫化模具，采用正面固定活字块的方式，更换活字块过程非常繁杂，需要拆卸模具，三到四人经过1个小时才能完成，而且由于反面装卸，不易于观察装配精度，常常影响轮胎外观质量。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种轮胎硫化模具活字块。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种轮胎硫化模具活字块，由侧板、活字块、固定螺丝组成，活字块固定在侧板上，固定螺丝在侧板内部，固定螺丝可正面拆卸，侧板的一侧设有封口铝片。
在固定螺丝的两侧设有拆卸丝孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，安装精度高，提高效率的同时提高工作质量。

如图所示，一种轮胎硫化模具活字块，由侧板1、活字块2、固定螺丝3组成，活字块2固定在侧板1上，固定螺丝3在侧板1内部，固定螺丝3可正面拆卸，侧板1的一侧设有封口铝片5。
在固定螺丝3的两侧设有拆卸丝孔4。

1.一种轮胎硫化模具活字块，由侧板、活字块、固定螺丝组成，活字块固定在侧板上，固定螺丝在侧板内部，其特征在于固定螺丝可正面拆卸，侧板的一侧设有封口铝片；所述固定螺丝的两侧设有拆卸丝孔。
