本实用新型公开了鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂,它包括本体,所述本体外形呈方体形或圆柱形,所述本体(1)外径不大于25毫米且其内腔形成有大小均匀且呈上下平行或交错和左右交错或平行排列的通孔(2),所述通孔(2)横截面为三角形、方形或正多边形。本实用新型所述鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂内腔又具有紧密有序排列、且壁薄大小均匀的呈规则的通孔,因而其比表面积超过800m2/m3,孔隙率可达到60-90%,有利于实现杂质过滤、吸附、表面反应,可大量吸附催化剂粉尘、炭颗粒及胶质,减低压降,增大操作弹性,保护下游设备,广泛用作炼油、石化、化工、环保和冶金等行业中催化剂的支撑载体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于固定床反应器中的鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂。
背景技术
众所周知,固定床反应器是炼油、石化、化工、环保和冶金等行业中重要的设备装置,它主要用于实现气固相催化反应,如氨合成塔、二氧化硫接触氧化器、烃类蒸汽转化炉,加氢脱硫反应器等固定床反应器。根据固定床反应器气固相催化反应中温度分布、压降大小、气液性质、催化效率和运行工作成本等各方面的综合工艺要求,用于支撑固定床反应器内催化剂的支撑剂不仅要求强度高、耐酸碱性好,而且要求其空隙率高、比表面积大,横截面孔隙分布分散均匀。目前,在固定床反应器中用于支撑催化剂的支撑剂载体主要由瓷球、瓷环构成。瓷球虽然具有强度高、耐酸碱性好的特点,但它们存在下述缺点:一是由于瓷球本身结构的限制,空隙率低、比表面积小,导致固定床反应器中压降过大,增加了液体的流动阻力,降低了气液有效接触的频率,从而影响固定床反应器的工作效率;二是瓷环虽然空隙率较高,但本身颗粒之间或孔径过大且分布不均匀,使其拦截杂质能力降低,支撑小规格催化剂有诸多限制,影响了气液处理效果,缩短了固定床反应器使用周期,增加了运行工作成本。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中支撑剂存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种不仅强度高,耐酸碱性好,而且孔隙率高、比表面积又大的鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:所述鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂包括本体,所述本体外形呈圆柱形或方体形,本体外径不大于25毫米且其内腔形成有大小均匀且呈上下平行或交错和左右交错或平行排列的通孔。
所述通孔横截面为三角形或方形、也可为正多边形或其它异形。
所述本体外径不大于25毫米是指本体呈圆柱形时其直径不大于25毫米或本体呈方体形时其外接圆直径不大于25毫米。
所述鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂不仅强度高、耐酸碱性好。同时,本实用新型所述鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂内腔又具有紧密有序排列、且壁薄大小均匀的呈规则排列的通孔,因而其比表面积超过800m2/m3,孔隙率可达到60-90%,有利于实现杂质过滤、吸附、表面反应,可大量吸附催化剂粉尘、炭颗粒及胶质,减低压降,增大操作弹性,保护下游设备,广泛用作炼油、石化、化工、环保和冶金等行业中催化剂的支撑载体。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中,所述鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂采用氧化铝、铝矾土、高岭土、滑石或长石按一定比例经球磨、捏合、陈腐、炼泥、成型、定型、烘干、切割和高温烧制而成。所述鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂包括本体1,所述本体1外形呈圆柱形,当然也可呈方体形,所述本体内腔形成有大小均匀且呈上下平行和左右交错排列的通孔2,当然通孔也可是上下交错和左右平行排列,通孔横截面为三角形,所述本体横截面直径为20毫米、比表面积为832m2/m3、孔隙率为78.5%。

1.鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂,它包括本体,所述本体外形呈方体形或圆柱形,其特征是:所述本体(1)外径不大于25毫米且其内腔形成有大小均匀且呈上下平行或交错和左右交错或平行排列的通孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鸟巢蜂窝支撑剂,其特征是:所述通孔(2)横截面为三角形或方形。
