一种双闭环铁芯变压器,由两个半圆柱形硅钢片环相叠构成中间为圆形中芯柱,两边半圆形断面的变压器铁芯,圆形中芯柱上绕装有线圈。硅钢片环是由若干不同宽度的硅钢片带层叠而成的截面积为半圆柱形封闭环。当变压器一次侧线圈通过交流电流时,在双闭合状铁芯中产生沿铁芯环交变的电磁场;在电磁场的作用下,二次线圈感应出所需要的电压、电流。采用半圆柱形硅钢片环铁芯结构,铁芯无接缝,附加损耗近于零,有效利用了铁芯的电磁性能,实现节能。线圈处于中心位置,工艺简单,体积小,占空率高。

背景技术:
现有的卷铁芯变压器主要采用“口”字形单环闭式和“口”字形单环开式的两种结构,闭式结构需在两柱上绕制线圈,工艺复杂,成本高,体积大,整体结构占空率小。开式结构可以线圈、铁芯分别制造和组装,但铁芯加工设备复杂、昂贵、要求精度高,设备专用性强,且铁芯存在接缝,增加了变压器的空载损耗和空载电流。
发明内容:
本实用新型公开一种双闭环卷铁芯变压器,解决了“口”字形单环闭式和开式两种结构变压器生产工艺复杂、空载损耗和空载电流大的问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:由两个半圆柱形硅钢片环相叠构成中间为圆形中芯柱,两边为半圆形断面的变压器铁芯,圆形芯柱上绕装线圈。所述的硅钢片环是由若干不同宽度的硅钢片带逐层叠装而成的截面积为半圆柱形封闭环。
当变压器一次侧线圈通过交流电流时,在双闭合状铁芯中产生沿铁芯环交变的电磁场,在电磁场的作用下,二次线圈感应出电压、电流。
本实用新型与现有卷铁芯变压器相比具有以下积极效果:采用半圆柱形硅钢片环铁芯结构,铁芯没有接缝,其附加损耗接近于零,有效的利用铁芯的电磁性能,达到节能目的。本实用新型制造工艺和工序比“口”字形单环闭式减少一半,线圈处于中心位置,其占空比两种结构高,体积比单环闭式减少近30%,耗材减少约10%。工艺简单,体积小,占空率高。

具体实施方式
根据图1,由若干条不同宽度的硅钢片带2顺序层叠制成截面积为半圆柱形封闭的硅钢片环3,两个硅钢片环3构成中间为圆柱形、两边为半圆形的变压器铁芯,线圈1缠绕在铁芯中芯圆柱上。
