背景技术
目前，市场上的亚克力发光字边条普遍采用橡塑材料，不好弯曲，装饰效果差，不美观，定型效果不好，容易出现偏差，不好修复。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种定型效果好，容易弯曲加工的发光字铝质边条。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种发光字铝质边条，包括长条形铝板，压制于铝板上的橡胶卡槽，其中卡槽位于铝板的同一表面的两侧边上。
更进一步的一侧的槽的卡槽为“U”型卡槽，另一侧的卡槽为“L”型卡槽。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：本新型通过采用铝板加卡槽的形式，使亚克力雕刻或吸塑发光字的围边更加漂亮美观，视觉效果更好，由于采用铝板，更加易于弯折定型，铝板两侧卡槽可以使亚克力雕刻或吸塑发光字面板更加容易固定和定型，易于加工，省时省力。

如图1所示，本新型发光字铝质边条包括铝板1和橡胶卡槽，其中铝板1还可以采用铝合金等其它比较容易弯折且外形美观的材料，橡胶卡槽位于铝板1的同一表面的两侧边上，采用压制或者其他方式固定在铝板的表面上，其一侧 边的卡槽为“U”型卡槽2，另一侧的卡槽为“L”型卡槽3，“U”型卡槽2用于固定发光字的亚克力雕刻或吸塑，由于橡胶和亚克力雕塑或吸塑容易粘接在一起，因此定型方便容易固定，可大大节省制作时间和流程，“L”型卡槽用于固定发光字的背板，相当于一个挡板的作用，挡住背板不朝里面走，制作的发光字漂亮美观，并且制作容易，省时省力。

1.一种发光字铝质边条，其特征在于：包括长条形铝板，压制于铝板上的橡胶卡槽，其中卡槽位于铝板的同一表面的两侧边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光字铝质边条，其特征在于一侧的槽的卡槽为“U”型卡槽，另一侧的卡槽为“L”型卡槽。
