背景技术
目前，市场上的浇注字制作都是采用普通的橡胶条或者树脂条作为边条进行浇注，而且等树脂干了之后去弯曲，又硬又容易坏，并且使用不方便。边条是柔性的，里面有白色纤维，没有卡槽，容易脱离损坏，浇注字的效果也不好。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种浇注效果好，容易加工制作，不易损坏的铝质浇注字围边条。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种铝质浇注字围边条，包括长条形铝板，以及用铝板弯折的两侧卡槽，所述的每侧卡槽与铝板构成“U”型，两侧卡槽位于铝板的同一侧。
所述卡槽上开有渗透孔。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：本新型通过采用铝板以及由铝板弯折成的具有渗透孔的卡槽，使浇注字在制作时更加方便，浇注的字体更加牢固可靠，边条不易损坏脱落，并且外形美观漂亮。

如图1所示，本新型发光字铝质边条包括铝板1和铝板1两侧的卡槽2，其中卡槽2由铝板1弯折而成，且位于铝板1的同一侧，制作容易，卡槽2上设有渗透孔3，渗透孔3在浇注字时可以使浇注料渗透到小孔中和卡槽内，使制作 的浇注字更加牢固，边条不易脱落损坏，制作的发光字漂亮美观，制作容易，省时省力。本新型除了采用铝板外，还可以采用其它的易弯折且美观的材料，比如：铝合金、不锈钢等。

1.一种铝质浇注字围边条，其特征在于：包括长条形铝板，以及用铝板弯折的两侧卡槽，所述的每侧卡槽与铝板构成“U”型，两侧卡槽位于铝板的同一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述铝质浇注字围边条，其特征在于所述卡槽上开有渗透孔。
