本实用新型的目的就是提供一种强度高、刚度大、防腐性能佳、成本低、环保美观、使用寿命长的大棚木塑横梁。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型包括横梁，所述横梁的芯部设有大矩形孔和二个小矩形孔，所述大矩形孔的上下二边各设有二个多边形齿状凸起，在所述每个小矩形孔与大矩形孔之间均设有筋板，所述二个小矩形孔对称设于大矩形孔的左右二边。
本实用新型由于在横梁的芯部设有大矩形孔和二个小矩形孔，在每个小矩形孔与大矩形孔之间均设有筋板，采用这样的结构，不仅可保证足够的强度和刚度，还可大幅降低耗料量，减少自重，节约成本；而对称设于大矩形孔上下二边的多边形齿状凸起，有利于将起加强作用的钢管装入或拆出横梁的内孔；另外，由于横梁采用木塑材料制成，故防腐性能好，且外形美观。本实用新型强度高，刚度大，防腐性能佳，成本低，环保美观，使用寿命长。
