生物质压片机是一种能使生物质粉末压制成型，它克服了其它技术存在的缺点，它的结构关系是：机座安装在生物质压片机下部；电机安装在机座的底盘上，下压轮架和机座相连；下压轮安装在下压论架内；操作台安装在下压轮架上面；立柱和下压架相连；转台安装在生物质压片机中部；上压轮架和立柱相连；上压轮安装在上压轮架内；上盖和上压轮架相连；电机和减速机均安装在上盖顶部；拨料器和减速机相连并安装在进料斗内；模具和冲杆安装在转台的上下盘里边；出料装置和转台的下盘相连；本实用新型的意义是：进料斗高度能上下自由调节，不磨损转台，进料适量均匀，进料装置部件拆卸方便，成品率高，冲压稳定，品种多样。

一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种能使生物质粉末压制成型，质量和品种达到设计要求的生物质压片机。
二、背景技术：目前，随着人们生活水平的提高，追求休闲、时尚、健康、环保的娱乐生活已成为一种社会风气，与此同时，与之相关的各种消费也呈上升水平。用生物质粉末压制的成型产品具有热量大、热值高。引燃迅速、燃烧时间长、燃烧高程中无毒无味绿色环保等特点，不但能满足我国人民现代生活的需求，而且在国外有广阔的市场，人们用它来点燃水烟，作教堂熏香，还用于野炊烧烤等等，也为了给国家创造更多的经济效益，生产品种多样，质量上乘的生物质粉末压片产品，已成为炭业企业急待解决的问题。
三、发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有进料适量均匀、成品率高、冲压稳定等多种性能的生物质压片机，它克服了其它技术存在的缺点，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由机座、电机、下压轮架、下压轮、操作台、立柱、转台、上压轮架、上压轮、上盖、电机、减速机、拨料器、模具、冲杆、进料斗和出料装置连接而成，机座安装在生物质压片机下部；电机安装在机座的底盘上，下压轮架和机座相连；下压轮安装在下压论架内；操作台安装在下压轮架上面；立柱和下压架相连；转台安装在生物质压片机中部；上压轮架和立柱相连；上压轮安装在上压轮架内；上盖和上压轮架相连；电机和减速机均安装在上盖顶部；拨料器和减速机相连并安装在进料斗内；模具和冲杆安装在转台的上下盘里边；出料装置和转台的下盘相连。
在工作时，先根据用户的要求装上合适的冲模，然后启动机器，由进料装置(包括电机、减速机、拨料器、进料斗)完成生物质粉末的充填，转台旋转带动冲模通过进料装置和压轮，上下冲杆在曲线轨道上作升降运动，完成压制过程，压制好的生物质粉末呈圆片形状，通过精心设计的出料装置滑出后装入盛料盘。
本实用新型的意义是：进料斗高度能上下自由调节，不磨损转台，进料适量均匀，进料装置部件拆卸方便，成品率高，冲压稳定，品种多样。

五、具体实施方式：在图1中，机座1安装在生物质压片机下部；电机2安装在机座1的底盘上，下压轮架3和机座1相连；下压轮4安装在下压论架3内；操作台5安装在下压轮架3上面；立柱6和下压轮架3相连；转台7安装在生物质压片机中部；上压轮架8和立柱6相连；上压轮9安装在上压轮架8内；上盖10和上压轮架8相连；电机11和减速机12均安装在上盖10顶部；拨料器13和减速机12相连并安装在进料斗16内；模具14和冲杆15安装在转台7的上下盘里边；出料装置17和转台7的下盘相连。

1.生物质压片机，它是由机座(1)、电机(2)、下压轮架(3)、下压轮(4)、操作台(5)、立柱(6)、转台(7)、上压轮架(8)、上压轮(9)、上盖(10)、电机(11)、减速机(12)、拨料器(13)、模具(14)、冲杆(15)、进料斗(16)和出料装置(17)连接而成，其特征是：机座(1)安装在生物质压片机下部；电机(2)安装在机座(1)的底盘上；操作台(5)安装在下压轮架(3)上面；立柱(6)和下压轮架(3)相连；转台(7)安装在生物质压片机中部。
