背景技术
现有的冷锻模具是由应力圈和硬质合金模芯构成,其之间是一种锥形结构,其缺点是:模芯损坏后会损坏应力圈内孔表面,因为应力圈的硬度一般为30-40HRC,经过多次修磨应力圈后,其内尺寸变大,必须加大模芯尺寸,不能标准化,并且尺寸过大后,应力圈报废,模芯与应力圈是锥面配合,必须同时磨配,修复和制造困难,耗工时较多。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种新结构冷锻模具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新结构冷锻模具,包括应力圈和硬质合金模芯,其特征在于:在应力圈和硬质合金模芯间加设有高速钢衬圈,高速钢衬圈与应力圈的接触面为圆锥面,高速钢衬圈与硬质合金模芯的接触面为圆柱面。
本实用新型由于采用高硬度的高速钢衬圈,在模芯磨损或开裂损坏后不会损伤至应力圈内表面,也不会损坏衬圈,不必重新加工应力圈内孔;模芯损坏后只需要更换圆柱形模芯即可,修复时间短。
