本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器桶体生产设备，具体是一种太阳能热水器桶体折轧口一体机。
背景技术
目前，在太阳能热水器桶体生产过程中，板材折口、轧口两道工序分别在两种不同的设备上完成，生产效率低，而且造成劳动力的浪费，从而增加了生产成本。

为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种太阳能热水器桶体折轧口一体机，它可进行折口、轧口两道工序操作，节省工作时间，提高工作效率。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：该太阳能热水器桶体折轧口一体机，包括机体、折口模具、电控系统；所述折口模具包括上模具、下模具；还包括轧口压块，轧口压块设置在所述上模具的上方，且轧口压块的底面与上模具的上表面配合，轧口压块通过一活动下压装置与所述机体连接；所述的上模具、下模具的两侧分别设置有折口结构。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，该太阳能热水器桶体折轧口一体机包括机体1、折口模具、电控系统。所述折口模具包括上模具2、下模具3；还包括轧口压块5，轧口压块5设置在所述上模具2的上方，且轧口压块5的底面与上模具2的上表面配合，轧口压块5通过一活动下压装置与所述机体1连接；所述的上模具2、下模具3的两侧分别设置有折口结构4，如图3所示。
工作时，机体1两侧的工作区都有操作人员，操作人员现利用上、下模具两侧的折口结构4对桶体板材进行折口，在轧口压块5与上模具2之间将折好口的板材对接，轧口压块5压下，对接处即实现轧口。
