本实用新型公开了一种无缝缝制、使用效果好的超声波无缝粘结机。它包括机架、设于机架上的台板、设于台板上的机头,所述机头上设有输料机构,所述输料机构包括可360度转动的压轮,所述台板下方设有粘结机构,所述粘结机构包括超声波发生器、与超声波发生器电连接的变幅杆,所述变幅杆可进行360度转动,所述变幅杆端部设于台板面上,其端部位置与压轮位置相对应。本实用新型适用于服装等的加工。

本实用新型涉及一种服装加工设备,尤其涉及一种无缝粘结机。
背景技术
普通羽绒服采用缝纫机进行缝制,由于缝制时绣针的作用,在羽绒服上会留下许多针眼,由于羽绒服内所充的羽绒较细,在使用过程中羽绒会从针眼中钻出,因而影响使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能进行无缝缝制、使用效果好的超声波无缝粘结机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本实用新型包括机架、设于机架上的台板、设于台板上的机头,所述机头上设有输料机构,所述输料机构包括可360度转动的压轮,所述台板下方设有粘结机构,所述粘结机构包括超声波发生器、与超声波发生器电连接的变幅杆,所述变幅杆可进行360度转动,所述变幅杆端部设于台板面上,其端部位置与压轮位置相对应。
作为优选,所述压轮设于安装支架上,所述安装支架上设有与压轮同轴的从动链轮,所述从动链轮上设有链条,所述链条的另一端与小电机输出轴端的主动链轮相连接。
作为优选,所述安装支架与设于机头上的提升气缸相连接。
作为优选,所述变幅杆上设有从动带轮,所述从动带轮上设有皮带,所述皮带的另一端与驱动电机输出轴端的主动带轮相连接。
作为优选,所述压轮外周设有滚花。
由于本实用新型利用超声波发热,并给布料添加合适的压力,使带有粘结层的布料相互粘结,从而实现无缝缝制,提高使用效果。

如附图所示:本实用新型包括机架1,机架1上设有台板2,台板2上设有机头3,机头3上设有输料机构,输料机构包括可360度转动的压轮5,压轮5设于安装支架6上,安装支架6上设有与压轮5同轴的从动链轮7,从动链轮7上设有链条,链条的另一端与小电机(图中未画)输出轴端的主动链轮(图中未画)相连接;台板2下方设有粘结机构,粘结机构包括超声波发生器8、与超声波发生器8电连接的变幅杆9,变幅杆9可进行360度转动,变幅杆9端部设于台板2面上,位置与压轮5的位置相对应,变幅杆9上设有从动带轮10,从动带轮10上设有皮带,皮带的另一端与驱动电机11输出轴端的主动带轮12相连接;另外安装支架6与设于机头3上的提升气缸20相连接,这样可使安装支架6提升或下降,以调节压轮5与变幅杆9之间的距离,以便与布料厚度相适配,有利于提高粘结效果;压轮5外周设有滚花,滚花的式样可根据设计要求,这样可以形成不同的花型效果,并提高粘结的可靠性。

1.一种超声波无缝粘结机,包括机架、设于机架上的台板、设于台板上的机头,其特征在于所述机头上设有输料机构,所述输料机构包括可360度转动的压轮,所述台板下方设有粘结机构,所述粘结机构包括超声波发生器、与超声波发生器电连接的变幅杆,所述变幅杆可进行360度转动,所述变幅杆端部设于台板面上,其位置与压轮位置相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波无缝粘结机,其特征在于所述压轮设于安装支架上,所述安装支架上设有与压轮同轴的从动链轮,所述从动链轮上设有链条,所述链条的另一端与小电机输出轴端的主动链轮相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超声波无缝粘结机,其特征在于所述安装支架与设于机头上的提升气缸相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超声波无缝粘结机,其特征在于所述变幅杆上设有从动带轮,所述从动带轮上设有皮带,所述皮带的另一端与驱动电机输出轴端的主动带轮相连接。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的超声波无缝粘结机,其特征在于所述压轮外周设有滚花。
