背景技术
近年来，随着机械加工设备的快速发展，数控加工中心迅速普及，特别是三轴加工中心由于设备精度高、价格便宜，使用场合越来越广泛。普通三轴加工中心由于自身条件的限制，加工范围相对较窄，特别是对于斜楔等斜面的加工，普通三轴加工中心无法进行，这就需要设计一种用于加工中心的多功能角度台，以使得对于斜楔等斜面的加工变得简单易行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够多方向倾斜角度的用于加工中心的多功能角度台。
本实用新型所需要解决的问题是通过如下的技术方案实现的：它包括工作台以及压板，所述工作台的两侧设有带台阶的角度调节装置，角度调节装置由压板紧固在机床“T”形槽上；工作台的两边通过角度调节轴与基座联接，一边基座放置在角度调节装置的台阶上，另一边基座通过紧固件与机床“T”形槽紧固。
本实用新型采用的上述结构，工作台可以在多方向一定角度范围内倾斜，操作简单、使得加工工件更加方便，而且也能确保角度台工作时固定、安全和可靠。

具体实施方式
由附图可知，该用于加工中心的多功能角度台包括工作台2以及压板6，所述工作台2的两侧设有带台阶的角度调节装置5，角度调节装置5由压板6紧固在机床“T”形槽上；工作台2的两边通过角度调节轴4与基座1联接，一边基座放置在角度调节装置5的台阶上，另一边基座通过紧固件3与机床“T”形槽紧固，紧固件3可以采用螺栓。工作台和角度调节装置可以采用HT300铸铁制造，刚性强，不变形。角度调节轴和基座可以采用45号钢制造，角度调节轴采用调质处理，以提高机件使用寿命及精度。需要调节时，将工作台2的基座放置在角度调节装置5的台阶上，一方面可以将角度调节装置5远离或接近工作台2，这样使得工作台倾斜；另一方面可以松开螺栓3，调节工作台2另一边的基座，使基座远离或接近角度调节装置5，这样也可以使得工作台倾斜。

1.一种用于加工中心的多功能角度台，包括工作台以及压板，其特征在于所述工作台的两侧设有带台阶的角度调节装置，角度调节装置由压板紧固在机床“T”形槽上；工作台的两边通过角度调节轴与基座联接，一边基座放置在角度调节装置的台阶上，另一边基座通过紧固件与机床“T”形槽紧固。
