本实用新型公开了一种膜片联轴器传动轴,所述传动轴(1)为直通管状结构,由钢板卷焊成型,在传动轴(1)的两端均套装有法兰(2),该法兰(2)与传动轴(1)焊接固定。本实用新型通过钢板来制作传动轴,不仅加工余量小,选材方便,原材料用量小,而且能够有效提高材料的利用率,降低材料成本和制作成本,具有设计合理、结构简单、加工容易、刚度可靠等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种膜片联轴器,特别涉及膜片联轴器的传动轴。
背景技术
膜片联轴器连接中心传动减速机输出法兰和磨机,因传递的功率大(1000~4500KW),转速低(15~16.6r/min),所以膜片联轴器传递的扭矩大,因此膜片联轴器的传动轴直径大;又因中心传动减速机与磨机之间的跨距较大,通常大于3000mm,所以传动轴较长。目前,膜片联轴器的传动轴为整体实心锻件经车加工成空心轴,壁厚较大,毛坯较重,材料采购成本高,加工余量大,材料利用率低,制作成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种易于加工、能有效降低成本的膜片联轴器传动轴。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种膜片联轴器传动轴,所述传动轴为直通管状结构,由钢板卷焊成型,在传动轴的两端均套装有法兰,该法兰与传动轴焊接固定。
本实用新型根据膜片联轴器传递扭矩的大小确定焊接式直通管状传动轴外径的大小,传动轴及两端的法兰均采用钢板下料再焊接加工,传动轴的内外圆无需再进行机加工,只需对焊缝进行打磨抛光处理,但必须对焊缝进行探伤,不允许有焊接缺陷。本实用新型通过两端的法兰分别与中心传动减速机输出法兰及磨机连接,能够确保连接的牢靠性。同时,传动轴采用钢板下料加工,刚度有保障,并且加工余量小,原材料用量小,材料利用率高,材料成本和制作成本低。
作为优选,所述传动轴的壁厚为50~60mm。
作为优选,所述传动轴的材质为45#或40Cr钢板,卷焊后进行调质处理,以提高其机械性能。
有益效果:本实用新型通过钢板来制作传动轴,不仅加工余量小,选材方便,原材料用量小,而且能够有效提高材料的利用率,降低材料成本和制作成本,具有设计合理、结构简单、加工容易、刚度可靠等特点。

如图1所示,膜片联轴器的传动轴1为直通管结构,由壁厚为50~60mm的钢板卷焊成型。该传动轴1的长度为2500~3500mm,外径为500~1500mm。传动轴1的材质为45#或40Cr钢。在所述传动轴1的两端均套装有法兰2,该法兰2与传动轴1焊接固定。

1.一种膜片联轴器传动轴,其特征在于:所述传动轴(1)为直通管状结构,由钢板卷焊成型,在传动轴(1)的两端均套装有法兰(2),该法兰(2)与传动轴(1)焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜片联轴器传动轴,其特征在于:所述传动轴(1)的壁厚为50~60mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的膜片联轴器传动轴,其特征在于:所述传动轴(1)的材质为45#或40Cr钢。
