日常生活中，豆腐是一种美食，通常人们把豆腐买回家煮时都会对其进行切片或粒之后再煮，在切粒的过程中使用刀具横向切割时会用手档一下豆腐的一侧面才方便切割，但这样一来一不小心就容易切伤手，而且这样切法效率低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种豆腐切割器，它能快速地把豆腐块切割成整齐的颗粒，而且使用安全。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是有压板，弹性软管，推板，推杆，其所述推杆的一端穿过箱子的一侧面的孔与设置在箱子内的推板中心位置连接，与推板相对应的箱子侧面是条形网格，箱子的顶部是方形网格，离箱子顶部不远处有一块与箱子顶部平行的压板，压板的一侧与弹性软管的一端固定，弹性软管的另一端与箱子的一侧面固定。
本实用新型的工作原理是把需要切割成颗粒的豆腐块放到本实用新型的箱子的方形网格上，然后用压板轻轻一压，豆腐就切割成竖形条，接着用推板把豆腐从侧面的条形网格推出，就完成豆腐粒切割。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单，制造成本低，它能快速地把豆腐块切割成整齐的颗粒，而且使用安全。
