技术领域
本发明涉及一种炊事器具，具体地说是一种网式切凉粉器。
背景技术
凉粉是用淀粉制成的食品，具有软糯和弹性，食用时，先把大块状的凉粉切成片，再切成条或再切成丁，然后才能调制或煎炒，在切的过程中为防止凉粉粘刀，一般先把菜刀面蘸一下凉水，以起到润滑刀面不粘刀的作用，因此切凉粉的效率很低；由于凉粉软糯有弹性，因此用菜刀切出的凉粉易薄厚、宽窄都不均匀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种效率高，能切均匀的网式切凉粉器。
本发明采取的技术方案是：网式切凉粉器，它包括方形筒、横切架、方格架和下压滑块几部分，其特征是：在方形筒的左前后三面筒壁上有由上至下、均匀间隔的多条水平细缝，方形筒的右面筒内壁上有与多条水平细缝相对应的细凹槽；在方形筒左侧外有横切架，横切架的外框呈“同”字外框形，在横切架两侧的外框上有多个均匀间隔的小横柱，在小横柱上系有水平细不锈钢丝，横切架外框上向左连接有把手；在方形筒下部外有方格架，方格架的外框上有竖向的间隔均匀的小立柱，在小立柱系有横向细不锈钢丝和纵向的细不锈钢丝；方格架四角有向外伸出的横支撑；在方形筒上部外还有用于下压凉粉的滑块，滑块顶端是便于手握的压柄，滑块的下端面是方形平面，在方形平面上有与方格架上的横细不锈钢丝纵细不锈钢丝对应的向内凹的横内凹槽和纵内凹槽。
采用以上技术方案制出的网式切凉粉器，在使用时，把下部的方格架四角处的横支撑置于器皿上，把大方块的凉粉放入方形筒内，若需切凉粉片时，只要手拿横切架上的把手，使水平细不锈钢丝对准方形筒左侧的细缝，向方形筒内推动至方形筒右壁即可把方形筒内的凉粉切成薄厚均匀的凉粉片；若需切凉粉条时，只要手拿滑块放在方形筒内向下压滑块，即可把方形筒内的凉粉切成粗细均匀的凉粉条；若是需要切凉粉丁，只需要先推动横切架，再下压滑块，就可把方形筒内的凉粉切成大小均匀的凉粉方块丁了。
本发明的有益效果是，比菜刀切凉粉的效率高，且薄厚宽窄均匀，适合于家庭、餐馆和食堂切凉粉使用。
