本实用新型属于炼钢设备的设施,具体涉及电弧炉顶吹氧枪,它包括氧气管道,氧气管道外围套有冷却水通水管道,冷却水通水管道上设有进水管、出水管,其特征是氧气管道的端部设有七个喷氧孔,其中三个喷氧孔的孔径是15mm,另外三个喷氧孔的孔径是12mm。本实用新型与现有技术相比,炉内钢液温度均匀,冶炼时间缩短,氧气喷溅较少。经过6个月的试验,结果表明,生产33743吨钢,可节约电费1154011元(电价按2009年的0.36元/度),节约石墨电极消耗费用1844680元,铁水利用率为90%,能耗降低了18.54kgce/t。

背景技术:
在电弧炉炼钢生产中,吨钢能耗偏高是炼钢企业目前存在的难题之一,为了降低吨钢能耗,一些企业采用增加氧气的输入,来提高电弧炉燃烧效率,从而节能降耗。目前,输氧的方式为水冷式炉门输氧,但氧气利用率较低,氧气流冲击钢液造成喷溅,时有烫伤工作人员的事故发生,安全性能较差。
发明内容:
为了更快更安全地将氧气输入电弧炉,本实用新型提供氧气利用率较高,氧气喷溅较少的电弧炉顶吹氧枪。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是:包括氧气管道,氧气管道外围套有冷却水通水管道,冷却水通水管道上设有进水管、出水管,其特征是氧气管道的端部设有七个喷氧孔,其中三个喷氧孔的孔径是15mm,另外三个喷氧孔的孔径是12mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,炉内钢液温度均匀,冶炼时间缩短,氧气喷溅较少。经过6个月的试验,结果表明,生产33743吨钢,可节约电费1154011元(电价按2009年的0.36元/度),节约石墨电极消耗费用1844680元,铁水利用率为90%,能耗降低了18.54kgce/t。
