技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种散热器,具体的说,是涉及一种联箱管插接立柱钢管的搭接焊钢制散热器。
背景技术
散热器一般为联箱管是圆弧面,立柱钢管也是圆弧面的点与点接触的焊接工艺。由于焊接处既不是线接触也不是面接触,而是点与点接触的焊接工艺,该工艺焊接接口强度低,容易导致散热器漏水。
作为一种改进形式,联箱管与立柱钢管的搭接焊处设置有外翻边的凸台,并与立柱钢管的开孔插接。该专利使得两管搭接部分由简单的点、线或面接触变成插接后的立体接触,产品密封效果好,焊接强度高。
通常立柱钢管为矩形管或D形管时,为了增加流量,联箱管搭接处开椭圆孔,并外翻边后产生凸台,凸台与立柱钢管插接后焊接。但是,由于椭圆形凸台容易产生应力集中的问题,该工艺容易使外翻边后凸台开裂,增加焊接漏水率。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进结构的搭接焊钢制散热器,其联箱管外翻边凸台后凸台均匀无裂痕;采用人工或机械焊接密封之后,能够极大地提高焊接强度、漏水率低。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过以下的技术方案予以实现:
一种搭接焊钢制散热器,包括两端通过水道接口搭接焊在联箱管一侧或两侧的立柱钢管,所述水道接口内插接有设置于所述联箱管上的外翻边凸台,所述联箱管为圆形管,所述外翻边凸台和与其相对应的水道接口的形状为圆形。
所述立柱钢管的截面为长方形、正方形或D字形其中的一种。
所述外翻边凸台的高度至少为0.5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型解决了联箱管开椭圆形孔后外翻边,外翻边凸台容易开裂的问题,密封效果好,焊接漏水率大幅度减小。
(2)圆形开孔更易连续机械操作,提高了开孔效率,也利于焊接操作,避免了由于开裂而发生的返工,无形中也提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,一种搭接焊钢制散热器,包括设置有多个外翻边凸台2的联箱管1和两端具有水道接口4的矩形截面立柱钢管31。所述矩形截面立柱钢管31通过相应的水道接口4搭接焊在所述联箱管1的一侧或两侧,所述联箱管1上的外翻边凸台2插接在所述水道接口4内。
所述联箱管1为圆管结构,所述外翻边凸台2与其相对应的水道接口4形状设置为圆形。所述外翻边凸台2高度一般为0.5mm以上
图2表现了联箱管1与D字形截面立柱钢管32搭接焊的实施方式。

1.一种搭接焊钢制散热器,包括两端通过水道接口搭接焊在联箱管一侧或两侧的立柱钢管,所述水道接口内插接有设置于所述联箱管上的外翻边凸台,其特征在于,所述联箱管为圆形管,所述外翻边凸台和与其相对应的水道接口的形状为圆形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搭接焊钢制散热器,其特征在于,所述立柱钢管的截面为长方形、正方形或D字形其中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搭接焊钢制散热器,其特征在于,所述外翻边凸台的高度至少为0.5mm。
