 本实用新型涉及一种管头结构,尤其涉及一种氯乙烯转化器管头。
背景技术
 在生产氯乙烯过程中,氯乙烯转化器做为主要生产设备,对生产能力的提高起着关键作用。在安装时需要将换热管的管头与管板进行焊接处理,由于管头伸出管板部较短,在焊接时无法保障一次密封,容易出现焊缝泄露现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种避免焊缝泄露的氯乙烯转化器管头。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:氯乙烯转化器管头是由换热管和管板插接组成,换热管外端口伸出管板,在管板与换热管伸出端结合部开有环形槽。
本实用新型的氯乙烯转化器管头合理设置换热管伸出长度增大焊接部位接触面积,同时增加焊接金属熔深,使得焊缝密封性增大,在一次焊缝外进行二次焊接,进一步有效地降低了氯乙烯转化器的泄漏频次。

实施例:如图1所示,氯乙烯转化器管头是由换热管3和管板1插接组成,换热管3外端口伸出管板1,伸出长度为10—15mm。在管板1与换热管3伸出端结合部开有环形槽,槽深为4—6mm。环形槽纵剖面为三角形,槽底夹角为45度。
通过环形槽增加焊接金属熔深,可使焊接部分有效密封。为确保焊接密封性,可在一次焊缝2外进行二次焊接,从而有效地降低了氯乙烯转化器的泄漏频次。

1.一种氯乙烯转化器管头,是由换热管和管板插接组成,其特征在于:换热管外端口伸出管板,在管板与换热管伸出端结合部开有环形槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的氯乙烯转化器管头,其特征在于:换热管伸出长度为10—15mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的氯乙烯转化器管头,其特征在于:环形槽槽深为4—6mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的氯乙烯转化器管头,其特征在于:环形槽纵剖面为三角形,槽底夹角为45度。
