本实用新型涉及一种划线工具，尤其是一种利用车床尾座进行划线的工具。
背景技术
在机械加工上，经常遇到对棒材进行车削加工，棒材加工时，一端固定在车床的夹具上，另一端通过车床尾架对棒材顶压进行固定。棒材在加工上经常需要进行划线，方便下一道工序的加工，棒材的划线主要是轴向划线和径向划圆。目前人们常用的划线方法是用刻度尺对棒材进行测量划线，上述划线方法受人为因素影响较多，划线不准确，效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有车床加工棒材划线时不准确，划线效率低的问题，提供一种利用车床尾架进行划线的工具。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：车床尾架滑动划线工具，其特征是它包括滑板、划针和滚花螺栓，所述滑板上沿条形方向开设有U形槽，滚花螺栓穿过U形槽与车床尾架螺纹连接，划针套装固定在衬套内，滑板的前端设有通孔，衬套固定在通孔内。
采用上述技术方案，使用划线时，只需把松开滚花螺栓，即可方便移动滑板，到划线位置再固定滚花螺栓进行轴向划线，通过车床转动棒材，即可径向划线。
综上所述，本实用新型有益效果是：由于本实用新型无需人工测量划线，因此划线效率高，准确方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型车床尾架滑动划线工具，如图1、图2所示，它包括滑板2、划针4和滚花螺栓6，所述滑板2上沿条形方向开设有U形槽7，滚花螺栓6穿过U形槽7与车床尾架8螺纹连接，为增加准确性，在尾架8外圆面上开设有轴槽5，宽度与滑板2相适配，滑板2置于轴槽5内，这样移动时能够沿滑槽移动。划针4套装固定在衬套3内，滑板2的前端设有通孔，衬套3固定在通孔内。为方便测量，在尾架8表面沿轴槽5设有刻度线，这样滑板移动的距离便能方便测量出来。
使用时，棒材1固定在车床的夹具和尾架8之间，松开滚花螺栓6便可轴向划线，转动棒材1即可径向划圆。
