目前，铝塑板干挂施工过程中，需要对铝塑板进行开槽加工，传统的开槽机使用麻烦，不宜控制，直线度差，精确度低，人工误差较大，工作效率低，不能满足施工要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供了一种结构简单、成本低廉和使用便捷的铝塑板开槽机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种铝塑板开槽机，包括底座和固定于底座上面的手锯机，底座上开设有锯片槽孔，手锯机的锯片位于锯片槽孔内，所述底座下面设有与锯片槽孔间隔布置的限位卡片，限位卡片与锯片槽孔相平行。
所述限位卡片通过螺栓固定在底座上。
所述手锯机上设有手柄。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
1、本实用新型包括底座和固定于底座上面的手锯机，底座上开设有锯片槽孔，手锯机的锯片位于锯片槽孔内，所述底座下面设有与锯片槽孔间隔布置的限位卡片，限位卡片与锯片槽孔相平行，其结构简单，成本低廉，安装简便，便于操作，可大大提高工作效率和开槽精确度，且安全可靠。
2、本实用新型适用于各种干挂铝塑板折边开槽，开槽质量有保证，易于推广，具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的铝塑板开槽机，其包括底座1和固定于底座1的上面的手锯机5，在底座1上开设有锯片槽孔2，手锯机5的锯片7位于锯片槽孔2内，为了便于操作，在手锯机5上设有手柄6。在底座1的下面设有与锯片槽孔2间隔布置的限位卡片3，限位卡片3通过螺栓4固定在底座1上，限位卡片3与锯片槽孔2相平行。
在本实用新型中，底座1和限位卡片3为5mm厚的有机玻璃加工而成，底座1的尺寸为200mm*300mm，限位卡片3的尺寸为30mm*300mm，限位卡片3的长边与底座1的长边对齐。锯片槽孔2与限位卡片3的距离根据铝塑板折边宽度的需要来确定。在铝塑板折边开槽时，将底座1设有限位卡片3的一面朝下卡在铝塑板边，限位卡片3的内侧与锯片7的距离事先调整好，开动手锯机5沿铝塑板边向前移动进行开槽。

1.一种铝塑板开槽机，包括底座和固定于底座上面的手锯机，底座上开设有锯片槽孔，手锯机的锯片位于锯片槽孔内，其特征在于，所述底座下面设有与锯片槽孔间隔布置的限位卡片，限位卡片与锯片槽孔相平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝塑板开槽机，其特征在于，所述限位卡片通过螺栓固定在底座上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的铝塑板开槽机，其特征在于，所述手锯机上设有手柄。
