技术领域
本发明涉及顶压工件的尾座，尤其是尾座上的滑动划线工具。
背景技术
尾座广泛使用在机械加工上。工件的固定往往是通过尾座对工件的挤压实现固定的，然后才能对工件进行车削加工。工件在机械加工时经常需要进行径向划线或轴向划线，但目前公知的尾座都不具有上述功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决公知尾座功能单一，不能对工件进行划线的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是：带有滑动划线工具的尾座，其特征是它是在尾座上设有滑动划线工具，所述的滑动划线工具包括滑板和划针，所述的划针垂直固定在滑板的一端，所述滑板的另一端设有条形开口槽，该端位于尾座表面的轴向滑槽内，滑槽内设有径向螺孔，螺孔内适配有螺钉，所述的螺钉穿过滑板的开口槽与螺孔螺纹联接。
本发明有益效果是：采用上述技术方案，由于滑板可在尾座的滑槽内前后滑动，因此能够实现对工件进行轴向划线，同时由于尾座可以转动，因此只要转动尾座，即可实现对工件画圆周线，因此本发明能够具有对固定的工件进行划线的功能。

具体实施方式
    如图1、图2所示，本实施例的带有滑动划线工具的尾座，它是在尾座6上设有滑动划线工具，滑动划线工具包括滑板2和划针4，滑板2为长条形直板，划针4通过衬套3垂直固定在滑板2的一端，滑板2的另一端设有条形开口槽，滑板2的该端位于尾座5表面的轴向滑槽内，滑槽与滑板2宽度相适配，使得滑板2能够在滑槽内前后滑动，滑槽内设有径向螺孔，螺孔内适配有螺钉6，螺钉6穿过滑板2的开口槽与螺孔螺纹联接。
