Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种影像装置，该影像装置包括一镜头模块、一影像传感器及一印刷电路板；印刷电路板具有一开口，影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内，镜头模块装设于印刷电路板上，印刷电路板的一面上固定有一金属板，该金属板封堵印刷电路板的开口的一端，影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内并固定于金属板上。本实用新型影像装置通过将影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内，从而降低了整体高度，减少了安装空间占用，有利于电子产品的小型化。

本实用新型涉及一种影像装置，特别涉及一种应用于轻薄电子产品上的影像装置。
背景技术
请参阅图5，目前的影像装置80包括一镜头模块81、一影像传感器82及一印刷电路板83。影像传感器82设置于印刷电路板83表面上，镜头模块81罩设于影像传感器82上并与印刷电路板82相抵接，并由接线84实现印刷电路板83和影像传感器82电性连接的目的。
现有影像装置80的影像传感器82设置于印刷电路板83表面上，使得整体高度大，占用较大的安装空间，从而不利于电子产品的小型化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够降低高度，从而可减少安装空间占用的影像装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供影像装置包括一镜头模块、一影像传感器及一印刷电路板；印刷电路板具有一开口，影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内，镜头模块装设于印刷电路板上，印刷电路板的一面上固定有一金属板，该金属板封堵印刷电路板的开口的一端，影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内并固定于金属板上。
如上所述，本实用新型影像装置通过将影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内，从而降低了整体高度，减少了安装空间占用，有利于电子产品的小型化。此外，通过金属板的设置，可达到防电磁干扰的效果，且使影像装置具有良好的散热性，且可以遮光。

请参阅图1和图4，本实用新型影像装置1包括一镜头模块10、一影像传感器20、一印刷电路板30及一金属板40。
请参阅图2，所述镜头模块10包括一镜头11、一支撑座12、一红外线板13及一固定框14。镜头11外围设置有调节螺牙111，支撑座12具有一方形板状的基部121，该基部121中部处凸设有一圆柱形的凸部122，凸部122上凹设有一上下贯穿基部121的卡持孔123，卡持孔123的内围亦设置有调节螺牙124，镜头11通过外围调节螺牙111旋入支撑座12的调节螺牙124而与红外线板13相抵接。
请参阅图3，所述印刷电路板30具有一长方板状的基板31，基板31大约中部处开设有一方形的开口32。
请参阅图4，当影像装置1进行组装时，所述金属板40利用导电胶黏合设置于印刷电路板30上并封堵印刷电路板30的开口32的一端，影像传感器20装设于印刷电路板30的开口32中并固定于金属板40上，并由接线50实现印刷电路板30和影像传感器20的电性连接的目的。镜头模块10的固定框14通过导电胶黏合于影像传感器20上，红外线板13装设于固定框14上，支撑座12罩设于红外线板13上，镜头11通过外围调节螺牙旋入支撑座12的内围调节螺牙而与红外线板13相抵接。影像装置1上设置一金属板40可达到防电磁干扰的效果，且使影像装置1具有良好的散热性，且可以遮光。
如上所述，本实用新型影像装置1通过将影像传感器20装设于印刷电路板30的开口32内，从而降低了整体高度，减少了安装空间，有利于电子产品的小型化。此外，通过金属板40的设置，可达到防电磁干扰的效果，且使影像装置具有良好的散热性，且可以遮光。

Claims (2)

1.一种影像装置，包括一镜头模块、一影像传感器及一印刷电路板；其特征在于：印刷电路板具有一开口，影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内，镜头模块装设于印刷电路板上，印刷电路板的一面上固定有一金属板，该金属板封堵印刷电路板的开口的一端，影像传感器装设于印刷电路板的开口内并固定于金属板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的影像装置，其特征在于：所述镜头模块包括一镜头、一支撑座及一红外线板，镜头外围设置有调节螺牙，支撑座具有一基部，该基部中部处凸设有一凸部，凸部上凹设有一上下贯穿基部的卡持孔，卡持孔的内围设置有调节螺牙，镜头通过外围调节螺牙旋入支撑座的调节螺牙而与红外线板相抵接。
