Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种前端散热式LED照明模块,其前端散热、安装定位方便,便于大规模生产。本实用新型包括LED,LED设置在散热器内,LED通过LED基座和基座固定件固定在散热器内,LED上设置有透镜,所述的透镜与散热器相连接。也可将LED通过LED基座设置在散热器的上台面上,LED上设置有透镜,所述的透镜与散热器相连接,LED的正负极引线通过散热器上的穿线孔引出。

Description

前端散热式LED照明模块
一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种照明模块,具体涉及一种前端散热式LED照明模块。
二、背景技术:
目前LED道路照明灯具大多采用后端散热式结构,即把多个LED固定在灯具壳体内,灯具壳体作为所有LED的统一散热器使用,存在光效低、散热效果差等不足,如图1显示的后端散热式结构,参见附图1。这种散热结构主要由型材灯体16和LED 13组成,其中由铝合金挤压成型材的拉铝方式制成灯体16,这种型材灯体16是本实用新型的主要特点。型材灯体16在纵向方向可长可短,根据用户需求裁剪,型材灯体16上用螺钉、螺栓9固定LED 13和反光罩12以及电源盒10,再用螺钉、螺栓9和密封圈14、压条15固定透光罩11。型材灯体16和安装支架18固定连接成一体,型材灯体16上有散热齿17。型材灯体16内安装LED13。线缆紧固头固定在灯体16两端,电源盒10固定在灯体16中,LED 13和带有散热齿17的灯体16共同组成一体化的散热机构,直接向外传导热量,以降低LED的工作温度,保证LED的使用寿命和发光效率。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型为了解决上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种前端散热、安装定位方便,便于大规模生产的前端散热式LED照明模块。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种前端散热式LED照明模块,包括LED,其特征在于:所述的LED设置在散热器内。
所述的LED可以通过LED基座和基座固定件固定在散热器内,LED上设置有透镜,所述的透镜与散热器相连接。
所述的LED可以通过LED基座设置在散热器的上台面上,LED上设置有透镜,所述的透镜与散热器相连接,散热器内设置有插针板。
所述的散热器可以是连体散热器,所述的LED通过LED基座设置在散热器的上台面上,LED上设置有透镜,所述的透镜与散热器相连接,LED的正负极引线通过散热器上的穿线孔引出。
本实用新型的优点为:提高了灯具散热效果,特别是将该模块组成整体灯时,安装、定位方便,提高了生产效率,便于大规模多品种生产;由于该照明模块采用单体密封,可不安装透明罩,减少了照明光损,提高了光效,同时也提高LED照明灯结构的合理性。此LED照明模块不仅用于道路照明灯具,还可广泛应用于隧道照明灯具和其它用途的照明灯具。

五、具体实施方式:
本实用新型为前端散热式LED照明模块,参见图2,图2中散热器2为整体式结构,LED1通过LED基座6和基座固定件7固定在散热器2内,LED1上设置有透镜3,透镜3与散热器2相连接。参见图3和图4,LED通过LED基座设置在散热器的上台面上,LED上设置有透镜,所述的透镜与散热器相连接,散热器2内设置有插针板4,插针板4上固定设置有插针8,插针8与灯体上的插座构成电器连接,机械连接则靠螺丝固定,插针板4通过密封圈5与散热器2相连接。参见图5,图5显示了连体散热器的一种形式即双体散热器,当然也可以为多体散热器,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。参见图5,LED1通过LED基座设置在散热器2的上台面上,LED1上设置有透镜3,透镜3与散热器2相连接,LED的正负极引线通过散热器上的穿线孔引出。

1.一种前端散热式LED照明模块,包括LED(1),其特征在于:所述的LED(1)设置在散热器(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的前端散热式LED照明模块,其特征在于:所述的LED(1)通过LED基座(6)和基座固定件(7)固定在散热器(2)内,LED(1)上设置有透镜(3),所述的透镜(3)与散热器(2)相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的前端散热式LED照明模块,其特征在于:所述的LED(1)通过LED基座设置在散热器(2)的上台面上,LED(1)上设置有透镜(3),所述的透镜(3)与散热器(2)相连接,散热器(2)内设置有插针板(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的前端散热式LED照明模块,其特征在于:所述的散热器(2)为连体散热器,所述的LED(1)通过LED基座设置在散热器(2)的上台面上,LED(1)上设置有透镜(3),所述的透镜(3)与散热器(2)相连接,LED的正负极引线通过散热器上的穿线孔引出。
