技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种接触式软密封装置，用于回转式换热器转动部分与固定部分之间的密封。
背景技术
回转式换热器转动部分在径向和轴向通常是采用密封片进行密封，由于换热器在不同工况下热变形不一样，而密封片是固定的，造成了密封间隙是变化的。由于密封间隙是按换热器最大热变形预留和热态时转子上下温差造成变形会使高温端径向密封间隙增加，目前换热器的密封片在宽度方向尺寸不具有扩展性，换热器的径向和轴向间隙无法得到有效控制，回转式换热器漏风大，浪费能源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种接触式软密封装置，以解决现有技术存在的换热器的密封片在宽度方向尺寸不具有扩展性，换热器的径向和轴向间隙无法得到有效控制，回转式换热器漏风大，造成能源浪费的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括密封片、固定板和弹性合页，弹性合页的两边分别与密封片和固定板连接。
所述的密封片由薄不锈钢板制成；弹性合页的轴上装有扭力弹簧。
本实用新型的优点是：由于具有弹性可使密封片在宽度方向随着换热器密封面摆动伸缩，这样换热器径向和轴向各处的密封间隙降到最小，大大降低了换热器的漏风，节省了能源。

具体实施方式
参见图1～图3，本实用新型接触式软密封装置由密封片1、固定板2和弹性合页3组成。弹性合页3的两边分别与密封片1和固定板2通过焊接将弹性合页把密封片1和固定板2连为一体，密封片1与固定板2之间形成的角度通过弹性合页3自动调节。弹性合页3是具有弹性扭矩的合页，在合页内有扭力弹簧，扭力弹簧扭转变形量可调整，为现有技术。通过弹簧扭转变形量调整达到密封片1变形弹力适中。密封片1采用薄不锈钢板，在受到外力时具有一定的弹性变形量，对固定密封面摩擦力小，当换热器转动时(沿着图3中R箭头方向)需要的动力也不会增加。固定板2采用一定厚度的钢板，不需要弹性变形。密封片1由于变形弹力和弹性合页3的弹性扭力的作用始终与回转式换热器转动部分的扇形板的密封面6接触。
参见图3，本实用新型使用时固定板2与换热器的转子隔板5牢固相连，密封片1由于弹性合页3产生的弹性在宽度方向扩张或收缩(弹性弯曲)，保证密封片1与固定密封面6的紧密接触。由于是接触式密封，大大减少了泄漏间隙，降低了换热器的漏风量(阻止图3中左侧的空气沿着P箭头向右侧的烟气侧泄漏)，节省了能源。接触式软密封装置应用在一台配600MW的锅炉机组空气预热器上，空气预热器漏风率降低2％，仅风机一项每天节约电能2500度。

1.一种接触式软密封装置，其特征在于：包括密封片、固定板和弹性合页，弹性合页的两边分别与密封片和固定板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触式软密封装置，其特征在于：所述的密封片由薄不锈钢板制成；弹性合页的轴上装有扭力弹簧。
