Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,包括:U形本体,U形本体为U形镁合金丝,在U形镁合金丝上包覆有生物相容性优良且具有抗腐蚀性能的表面涂层。为防止镁合金缝钉,在组织或器官的切口愈合前降解失效,在U形镁合金丝的表面上包覆有生物相容性优良、具有一定抗腐蚀性能的表面涂层。表面涂层应具有:一、优良的生物相容性;二、具有一定的抗人体电解质的腐蚀特性;三、在具有足够韧性前提下,还应具有高的强度和硬度。这层表面涂层可以是生物陶瓷涂层,纯金属或合金的镀层以及镁合金的阳极氧化涂层。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医用耗材——吻合器(包含缝合器)用可吸收镁合金缝钉,属医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
吻(缝)合器(以下统称吻合器)是医生用以代替传统手工缝合方法,缝合已切开的组织或器官的工具。采用吻合器缝合操作简单,缝合便捷,创伤小,吻合严密,且切缘光滑规整,与手工缝合方法比较,安全有效,受到临床外科医生的青睐与推崇。
现行吻合器的缝钉采用钛或钛合金制作。钛和钛合金生物相容性优良,耐腐蚀、抗疲劳性能均优于医用不锈钢,是较为理想的长期植入材料。
然而,作为缝钉,在吻合口愈合后,在功能上已失去意义,也就是说吻合口愈合后,缝钉就失去存在的价值。但钛和钛合金制作的缝钉,因其高的耐腐蚀性能,将在体内长期存在。成线型、圆(或圆弧)形排列的钛(或钛合金)缝钉致使患者有异物感,很不舒服,而且,还可能妨碍随后的医学检查。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种既能在切口愈合期内保持缝钉的基本功能,又能够在切口愈合后为人体降解的吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,包括:U形本体,U形本体为U形镁合金丝,在U形镁合金丝上包覆有生物相容性优良且具有抗腐蚀性能的表面涂层。
本实用新型进一步采用以下技术措施:
所述U形镁合金丝材的直径变化范围为0.2~0.6mm,抗拉强度的变化范围为200~500Mpa。
所述表面涂层是生物陶瓷涂层、纯金属或合金的镀层或者镁合金的阳极氧化层。
所述生物陶瓷涂层的厚度为5~25μ。
所述纯金属或合金的镀层的厚度为0.5~25μ。
所述阳极氧化涂层的厚度为5~30μ。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
镁是人体不可缺少的组成元素,在人体所含各种阳离子中,按含量多寡排序,镁离子居第四位,对神经、肌肉、骨骼和心脏功能具有重要意义。补充镁在临床医学上十分重视,所以,镁做为植入材料十分安全。
但镁和镁合金化学性质活泼,抗腐蚀性能差,在人体电解质环境中,可通过腐蚀作用而较快地降解。因而,可采用镁或镁合金材料,制作出可吸收的吻合器缝钉。由于镁或镁合金的降解速度较快,而缝钉的直径又很小,(园柱体的表面积对园柱体体积的比值近似与园柱体半径成反比,园柱体半径越小,此比值越大,腐蚀速度也就越快),因而,降解速度更快。为延长降解时间,确保在组织或器官的切口愈合牢固前,缝钉仍然保持其应有的功能,在镁合金缝钉表面再制作一层表面涂层。表面涂层的特性:一、优良的生物相容性。二、具有一定的抗人体电解质的腐蚀特性,确保切口愈合牢固前,镁合金缝钉能保持其缝合功能;在切口愈合过程中或愈合牢固后,伴随着镁合金缝钉的降解,也能逐步降解或破碎。三、在具有足够韧性(确保缝钉缝合过程中,发生弯曲变形时,表面涂层不发生开裂和脱落)前提下,还应尽可能地具有高的强度和硬度。生物相容性优良的表面涂层应具有一定的抗腐蚀性,就可确保缝钉在降解失效前,吻合口能够愈合,而在吻合口愈合过程中或愈合牢固后,又慢慢地被降解或碎化,或进而为人体所吸收利用;表面涂层的高强度和硬度有利于缝钉的缝合和抑制缝合后组织的反弹。

具体实施方式
实施例一:一种吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,包括:U形本体1,U形本体1为U形镁合金丝,在U形镁合金丝的外部包覆有抗腐蚀性的生物陶瓷层2。所述的U形镁合金丝的直径变化范围为0.2~0.6mm,抗拉强度的变化范围为200~500Mpa。生物陶瓷涂层的厚度为10μ。
实施例二:一种吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,包括:U形基体1,U形基体1为镁合金丝,在U形镁合金丝的表面包覆有生物相容性优良、较强的抗腐蚀性能的钛金属镀层,所述钛金属镀层可以是钛金属电镀层或钛金属化学镀层。镁合金丝的直径为0.35mm,丝材的抗拉强度为350MPa。钛金属镀层的厚度为3μ。

Claims (6)

1.一种吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,包括:U形本体(1),其特征在于U形本体
(1)为U形镁合金丝,在U形镁合金丝上包覆有生物相容性优良且具有抗腐蚀性能的表面涂层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,其特征在于U形镁合金丝材的直径变化范围为0.2~0.6mm,抗拉强度的变化范围为200~500Mpa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,其特征在于表面涂层(2)是生物陶瓷涂层、纯金属或合金的镀层或者镁合金的阳极氧化层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,其特征在于生物陶瓷涂层的厚度为5~25μ。
5.根据权利要求3所述的吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,其特征在于纯金属或合金的镀层的厚度为0.5~25μ。
6.根据权利要求3所述的吻合器用可吸收镁合金缝钉,其特征在于阳极氧化涂层的其厚度为5~30μ。
