技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种医疗吻合器辅具材料,具体涉及一种吻合器用吻合钉。
背景技术
随着医疗科学技术的发展,医生进行人体组织或器官缝合,已从原先用针线手工缝合的方式,改为用医疗吻合器和合金吻合钉进行缝合的方式。使用医疗吻合器缝合、便于操作、吻合安全且带来的创伤很小,已为广大外科临床医生所接受。
但是现有的医疗吻合器所用的吻合钉大都采用钛合金制作,由于钛合金耐腐蚀性相对较高,缝合后钛合金吻合钉会长时间的留在人体组织或器官中,有可能导致炎症,使人总有不太舒服的感觉。为此有人采用可吸收降解的镁合金或铁合金来制作吻合钉。但目前的吻合钉固定性差,在人体进行较大幅度的活动时,容易脱落,给人体造成二次伤害。另外,铁合金虽然支撑性能好,但其降解速度太慢,在体内降解所需时间太长,在伤口愈合后很长时间内都不能降解,容易使患者产生不适感;而镁合金虽然降解速度快,与人体的生物融合性高,但镁合金支撑性能差,且由于其降解速度太快,很多时候还未等患者伤口完全愈合,其已开始降解,容易使患者伤口再次受到创伤。目前,镁合金吻合器是使用较多的种类,通常采用改善镁合金的成分来改善镁合金的降解速度。但这种方法成本高、操作复杂又耗时耗力。
因此,亟需一种固定性好、成本低、操作简单且与人体具有很好生物相融性的吻合器用吻合钉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固定性好、成本低、操作简单且与人体具有很好生物相融性的吻合器用吻合钉。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种吻合器用吻合钉,包括一个用可降解镁合金压铸成型的“П”形吻合钉本体,所述“П”形吻合钉本体设有一条钉身,于所述钉身两端成型出两垂直锥钉,于所述钉身面上成型出一条横筋,于所述下面成型有一导向槽,两所述垂直锥钉四周成型出多个倒钩。
较佳地,由所述钉身、所述垂直锥钉和所述横筋构成的所述“П”形吻合钉的本体表面均匀包覆有一缓降解层,所述缓降解层外均匀包覆有一抗菌层。本发明提供的吻合器用吻合钉,吻合钉主体材料为镁合金,在镁合金制成的吻合钉本体表面包覆有缓降解层。缓降解层可以减缓镁合金的降解速度,提升镁合金的支撑性能,保证在患者的伤口愈合期,吻合钉能起到很好的支撑作用,而后伤口愈合后,较薄的缓降解层慢慢消失,因而镁合金可快速的降解,防止患者产生不适感,在缓降解层外包覆的抗菌层,可以起到对人体组织器官伤口吻合创面的抗菌消炎作用,避免伤口发生感染。本发明提供的吻合器用可降解抗菌吻合钉,不仅解决了镁合金支撑性能差的技术问题,同时也降低了伤口感染的潜在隐患,且成本低、操作简单,具有很高的实用价值。
较佳地,所述缓降解层包含铁、锌和钙中的一种或多种。铁、锌、钙的耐腐蚀能力强于镁合金,在镁合金表面包覆这些物质可以增强镁合金的耐腐蚀性,减缓镁合金的降解速度,同时也可以提高镁合金的支撑性能,使得制得的镁合金吻合钉在伤口愈合期起到很好的支撑作用,在伤口愈合后又能快速降解,提高患者的舒适度。
较佳地,所述抗菌层包含银或铜。银或铜具有抗菌消炎作用,在缓降解层表面包覆抗菌层,对人体组织器官吻合创面起到杀菌消炎的作用,保护人体器官不受感染,且随着伤口的愈合,吻合钉逐渐被人吸收降解,更有利于组织器官的愈合和康复。
较佳地,在所述“П”形吻合钉的本体表面采用物理气相沉积法形成所述缓降解层与所述抗菌层。采用物理气相沉积法尤其使得缓降解层中的金属在成为金属粒子时与镁合金中镁金属能够有较好的融合性,因而在可降解镁合金压铸成型的“П”形吻合钉本体上形成结合性较好的缓降解层。
较佳地,所述缓降解层的厚度为0.005~0.02mm。
较佳地,所述抗菌层的厚度为0.005~0.01mm。

为详细说明本发明的技术方案、构造特征、所实现的技术效果,以下结合具体实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供的吻合器用吻合钉100包括一个用可降解镁合金压铸成型的“П”形吻合钉本体,“П”形吻合钉本体设有一条钉身1,于钉身1两端成型出两垂直锥钉2,于钉身1面上成型出一条横筋3,于下面成型有一导向槽4,两垂直锥钉2四周成型出多个倒钩7。在吻合钉100的钉身1两端成型出两垂直锥钉2,并在钉身1面上成型一条横筋3,使得吻合钉100在缝合时,非常易于刺入人体组织或器官,操作迅速、吻合安全、带来的创伤很小,而且具有足够的缝合强度,钉身1两端成型的垂直锥钉2四周成型出的多个倒钩7,使得缝合后的吻合钉100与人体组织或器官结合更牢,不会因活动过度受外力而轻易脱离。
继续参见图1至图3,由钉身1、垂直锥钉2和横筋3构成的“П”形吻合钉的本体表面包覆有一缓降解层5,缓降解层5外包覆有一抗菌层6。在吻合钉本体的钉身1两端成型出两垂直锥钉2,并在钉身面上成型一条横筋3,使得使用吻合器缝合人体组织或器官时,吻合钉100非常易于刺入人体组织或器官,让吻合操作迅速、安全,不仅创伤很小,也会减少缝合带来的疼痛;钉身1面上成型的横筋3,提高了吻合钉本体的缝合强度。吻合钉100表面的缓降解层5可以减缓镁合金的降解速度,提升镁合金的支撑性能,保证在患者的伤口愈合期,吻合钉100能起到很好的支撑作用。缓降解层5外的抗菌层6,可以起到对伤口的抗菌消炎作用,避免伤口发生感染。
采用物理气相沉积法在“П”形吻合钉本体表面形成缓降解层5和抗菌层6。缓降解层5的厚度为0.005~0.01mm,具体可以为0.005mm、0.006mm、0.008mm、0.009mm和0.01mm。缓降解层5包含铁、锌和钙中的一种或多种,铁、锌、钙的耐腐蚀能力强于镁合金,在镁合金表面包覆这些物质可以增强镁合金的耐腐蚀性,减缓镁合金的降解速度。尤其是铁合金,医学上经常将铁合金单独作为心血管支架的组成材料,其安全性也是得到很多医学者的认可。铁合金的支撑性能好,降解速度慢,将铁合金包覆在镁合金吻合钉表面,不仅可以减缓镁合金吻合钉的降解速度,同时也可以提高镁合金的支撑性能,使得制得的镁合金吻合钉100在伤口愈合期起到很好的支撑作用,在伤口愈合后缓降解层5已慢慢消失因而镁合金又能快速降解,提高患者的舒适度。抗菌层6的厚度为0.005~0.02mm,具体可以为0.005mm、0.006mm、0.008mm、0.009mm、0.01mm、0.012mm、0.015mm和0.02mm。抗菌层6包含银或铜。银或铜具有抗菌消炎作用,对人体组织器官吻合创面起到杀菌消炎的作用,保护人体器官不受感染。缓降解层5与抗菌层6相互结合,使得本发明提供的吻合器用可降解抗菌吻合钉100,在前期阶段能辅助人体伤口完全愈合,后期随着人体组织器官伤口的愈合,逐渐被人体吸收降解,一定程度上可以缩短人体伤口的愈合和恢复时间。
本发明使用时,须将粘连成排的吻合器用可降解抗菌吻合钉100装入在吻合器的钉槽中,钉身1下面成型的导向槽4能够为吻合钉的安装和吻合时的逐渐向前移动实现准确定位;由于本发明吻合钉本体的垂直锥钉2为锥形,因此使用它进行人体组织或器官的缝合,有利于在创口愈合后,加快体内吻合钉的吸收和降解的速度,实现病体的完全康复。
综上所述,本发明吻合器用吻合钉100,钉身1两端成型出两垂直锥钉2,并在钉身1面上成型一条横筋3,使得吻合钉100在缝合时,非常易于刺入人体组织或器官,操作迅速、吻合安全、带来的创伤很小,而且具有足够的缝合强度,钉身1两端成型的垂直锥钉2四周成型出的多个倒钩7,使得缝合后的吻合钉100与人体组织或器官结合更牢,不会因活动过度受外力而轻易脱离。本发明提供的吻合器用可降解抗菌吻合钉100,吻合钉主体材料为镁合金,在镁合金制成的吻合钉本体表面包覆有缓降解层5。缓降解层5可以减缓镁合金的降解速度,提升镁合金的支撑性能,保证在患者的伤口愈合期,吻合钉能起到很好的支撑作用,在缓降解层5外包覆的抗菌层6,可以起到对伤口的抗菌消炎作用,避免伤口发生感染。本发明提供的吻合器用可降解抗菌吻合钉100,不仅解决了镁合金支撑性能差的技术问题,同时也降低了伤口感染的潜在隐患,且成本低、操作简单,具有很高的实用价值。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,均属于本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,包括一个用可降解镁合金压铸成型的“П”形吻合钉本体,所述“П”形吻合钉本体设有一条钉身,于所述钉身两端成型出两垂直锥钉,于所述钉身面上成型出一条横筋,于下面成型有一导向槽,两所述垂直锥钉四周成型出多个倒钩。
2.如权利要求1所述的吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,由所述钉身、所述垂直锥钉和所述横筋构成的所述“П”形吻合钉的本体表面包覆有一缓降解层,所述缓降解层外包覆有一抗菌层。
3.如权利要求2所述的吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,所述缓降解层包含铁、锌和钙中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求2所述的吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,所述抗菌层包含银或铜。
5.如权利要求2所述的吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,在所述“П”形吻合钉的本体表面采用物理气相沉积法形成所述缓降解层与所述抗菌层。
6.如权利要求3所述的吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,所述缓降解层的厚度为0.005~0.02mm。
7.如权利要求4所述的吻合器用吻合钉,其特征在于,所述抗菌层的厚度为0.005~0.01mm。
