背景技术
木粉、砂光粉等粉末状燃料具有着火点底，易爆燃的特性，给焚烧带来诸多不便。现有的给料装置由于无法准确的调节燃料的给料量，往往会发生回火，容易烧毁给料装置，甚至会引发火险。目前，还没有一种能够准确调节给料量、避免回火现象发生的木粉、砂光粉焚烧给料系统。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中木粉、砂光粉焚烧给料系统无法准确调节燃料给料量、容易发生回火的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种木粉燃烧锅炉给料装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种木粉燃烧锅炉给料装置，包括储料斗，储料斗的一侧设有送料风机，储料斗与送料风机之间通过连接管道连接，连接管道上设有进风口；送料风机上连接有送料管，储料斗的另一侧设有螺旋给料器。
连接管道与送料风机的连接处最好设有防回火装置，所述防回火装置可以包括单向风门和观察口，观察口上设有观察门。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：螺旋给料器的设置可以比较准确的调节燃料的给料量；防回火装置的设置，避免了回火现象的发生，为安全运行提供了有效的保障。

在图中：1、螺旋给料器；2、储料斗；3、进风口；4、连接管道；5、送料风机；6、送料管；7、观察门；8、单向风门。
一种木粉燃烧锅炉给料装置，包括储料斗2，储料斗2的一侧设有送料风机5，另一侧设有螺旋给料器1；储料斗2与送料风机5之间通过连接管道4连接，连接管道4上设有进风口3和防回火装置；送料风机5上连接有送料管6，防回火装置包括单向风门8和观察口，观察口上设有观察门7。
在使用时，由于木粉、砂光粉等粉末状燃料可能会含有木块铁丝等杂质，储料斗上可以设有粉碎筛选装置，以减少本实用新型的磨损。根据锅炉燃烧所需空气量，送风系统风量以及木粉量选择合适的送料风机5的型号，从而保证炉膛负压及良好的送料和燃烧。燃料首先经过粉碎筛选装置的粉碎和筛选后进入储料斗2，由螺旋给料器1将储料斗2中的燃料推入连接管道4，通过送料风机5将燃料由送料管6送入锅炉内进行燃烧，此过程实现了对木粉燃烧锅炉的给料。
