本实用新型是一种医用吊塔气动刹车装置,包括转动法兰外套(1)和转动内套(7),还包括用于与压缩气源连接的聚氨酯软管(2),聚氨酯软管(2)出气端通过旋转弯头(3)与刹车管组件(4)连接;刹车管组件(4)位于转动法兰外套(1)的凹槽中,刹车管组件(4)上方设置有刹车片(5),刹车片(5)上方连接有刹车制动块(6),刹车制动块(6)与转动内套(7)固定连接。以压缩空气为动力,采用硅橡胶管中受压缩空气压力膨胀带动刹车片和刹车制动块实现刹车效果。操作简单,故障率低,可靠性好,无污染。

医用吊塔气动刹车装置
(一)、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种刹车装置,主要用于医用吊塔、医用吊架等设备。
(二)、背景技术
现有的医用综合设备多为无刹车设备或为机械刹车,无刹车使用时,设备易飘移会造成安全隐患。机械刹车不仅操作繁琐,而且由于机械刹车部分长时间磨损会出现噪音大的问题,且使用寿命短。
(三)、实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种医用吊塔气动刹车装置,操作简单,故障率低,使用寿命长,以克服现有装置的缺陷。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种医用吊塔气动刹车装置,包括转动法兰外套和转动内套,其特征在于:还包括设置于转动法兰外套内用于与三通手动阀出气口连接的聚氨酯软管,聚氨酯软管出气端通过旋转弯头与刹车管组件连接;刹车管组件位于转动法兰外套的凹槽中,刹车管组件上方设置有刹车片,刹车片上方连接有刹车制动块,刹车制动块与转动内套固定连接。
所述的刹车管组件包括与旋转弯头连接的进气口,橡胶管和堵头;橡胶管的一端与进气口连接,另一端与堵头连接。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:以压缩空气为动力,采用硅橡胶管中受压缩空气压力膨胀带动刹车片和刹车制动块实现刹车效果。操作简单,故障率低,可靠性好,无污染。

(五)、具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示,本实例包括转动法兰外套1和与医用吊塔或吊架活动连接的转动内套7。压缩空气源通过聚氨酯软管进入三通手动阀的进气口,三通手动阀的出气口通过聚氨酯软管2连接旋转弯头3。旋转弯头3与刹车管组件4连接;刹车管组件4位于转动法兰外套1的凹槽中,刹车管组件4上方设置有刹车片5,刹车片5上方连接有刹车制动块6,刹车制动块6与转动内套7固定连接。
如图2所示,所述的刹车管组件4包括与旋转弯头3连接的进气口8,橡胶管10和堵头11。橡胶管10的一端通过铜箍9与进气口8连接,另一端通过铜箍9与堵头11连接。
当压缩气体通过聚氨酯软管2进入刹车管组件4,刹车管膨胀,推动刹车片5,刹车片5与刹车制动块6受挤压,实现刹车目的。当通过按钮按下三通手动阀气体排出,解除刹车状态。

1.一种医用吊塔气动刹车装置,包括转动法兰外套(1)和转动内套(7),其特征在于:还包括用于与压缩气源连接的聚氨酯软管(2),聚氨酯软管(2)出气端通过旋转弯头(3)与刹车管组件(4)连接;刹车管组件(4)位于转动法兰外套(1)的凹槽中,刹车管组件(4)上方设置有刹车片(5),刹车片(5)上方连接有刹车制动块(6),刹车制动块(6)与转动内套(7)固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用吊塔气动刹车装置,其特征在于:所述的刹车管组件(4)包括与旋转弯头(3)连接的进气口(8),橡胶管(10)和堵头(11);橡胶管(10)的一端与进气口(8)连接,另一端与堵头(11)连接。
