Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种自行车头管结构,包括头管本体,为管状物;在该头管本体管身侧位设有至少一个穿透的线材导孔。且其可与头管本体管内空间隔离;自行车的刹车导线或是变速导线等线材得自前端穿透该线材导孔再连接至刹车或变速器;有效解决自行车导线等线材在转弯时,容易紧位缠绊于头管或车架对应侧,造成行车转弯不顺及线材易因拉扯松弛或变形的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及自行车组件领域,特别是涉及一种的自行车头管结构。
背景技术
目前,自行车自手把处延伸出有剎车导线、变速导线等线材并分别连接至后剎车及变速器结构,但是,根据实际使用经验可发现,由于线材分布于头管及车架两侧(参照图1),因此,在转弯时相对侧的线材容易紧位缠绊于头管或车架对应侧,除造成骑士骑车时的不顺手感之外,线材长期拉扯后,较容易松弛或变形。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供常用自行车导线等线材,在转弯时相对侧的线材不容易紧位缠绊于头管或车架对应侧,造成行车转弯不顺及线材易因拉扯松弛或变形。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种自行车头管结构,包括管本体,为管状物;在该头管本体管身侧位设有至少一个穿透的线材导孔。
所述线材导孔应与该头管本体管内空间隔离。
所述线材导孔可设于头管本体管身单侧。
所述线材导孔可设于头管本体管身双侧。
本实用新型达到的技术效果如下:本实用新型在该头管本体管身侧位设有至少一穿透的线材导孔,且其应与该头管本体管内空间隔离;自行车的剎车导线或是变速导线等线材自前端穿透对应的线材导孔后,再连接至剎车或变速器;由上述结构可知,由于线材均由头管本体的线材导孔集成整束,使得线材在手把转弯时,不再缠绊头管或车架对应侧,有效改善现有结构的缺失与问题。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,为本实用新型的立体结构示意图,而图3、图4则是特征部位的局部剖示及断面示意图,本实用新型包括一头管本体1,为一管状物;在该头管本体1管身侧位设有至少一个穿透的线材导孔11,且该线材导孔11应与该头管本体1管内空间相隔离。
图5为主视图,而图6则为侧视图。如图7所示,自行车的剎车导线或是变速导线等线材2自前端穿透对应的线材导孔11后,再连接至后剎车或变速器等结构(图中未示出);
通过上述结构可知,由于线材均由头管本体1的线材导孔11集成整束,使线材在手把转弯时,不再缠绊于头管或车架对应侧,有效改善现用结构的缺失与问题;
进一步指出,则是由于该头管本体1的线材导孔11是与头管本体1管内空间相隔离,因此,雨水等水气不会侵入管内锈蚀培林等组件。
