一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、与绝缘本体相组装的端子、绝缘壳体、线缆以及外观件;所述外观件为圆筒状,其内壁一端设有左旋螺纹,内壁另一端设有右旋螺纹,所述内壁与绝缘本体相结合并通过所述左旋螺纹和右旋螺纹与绝缘本体相紧固。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其指一种应用于3C领域的电连接器。
【背景技术】
随着电子技术的发展,电气设备越来越小型化、多功能,电连接器作为电力信号的传输装置也向多功能的方向发展。电连接器广泛应用于电子领域中,其具有内、外两层端子并分别充当电源的正极和负极,电连接器就是通过端子的正负极来为电子元件提供工作电压。该种电连接器包括有用于传输电力的正、负极端子、将正、负极端子间隔开的绝缘本体及具有与若干分别与正、负极端子电性连接的导电芯线的线缆。
然,随着生活质量的进步,人们对产品的外观以及产品的质感越来越受到专注。一个很小的电连接器,往往为了获得消费者青睐,在电连接器的外层加附一个外观件以增加产品的美感以及质感。而外观件又因尺寸薄小,设置结构成本较高,往往采取的是胶水粘接。而电连接器在通电过程中,端子产生的热量会将胶水软化,从而使外观件脱离电连接器。
鉴于上述弊端,确有必要设计一种改进的电连接器以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种防止外观件脱落的电连接器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、与绝缘本体相组装的端子、绝缘壳体、线缆以及外观件;所述外观件为圆筒状,其内壁一端设有左旋螺纹,内壁另一端设有右旋螺纹,所述内壁与绝缘本体相结合并通过所述左旋螺纹和右旋螺纹与绝缘本体相紧固。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下有益效果:所述电连接器具有简单以及牢固的结构以防止外观件脱落。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图4所示,本实用新型电连接器100为一种电源连接器,其包括绝缘本体1、正极端子2、负极端子3、线缆4、绝缘壳体5以及外观件6。所述线缆4包括分别与正、负极端子2、3焊接的正、负极芯线41、42。
所述绝缘本体1为圆柱状,其内设有一收容腔11、分别位于外壁前、后端的第一、第二止挡肋12、13以及自第二止挡肋13向后延伸形成的间隔片14。
所述正极端子2收容于绝缘本体1的收容腔11内,其包括暴露在绝缘本体1外的焊接部21以及位于焊接部21末端供正极芯线41贯穿的正极焊接孔22。
所述负极端子3为圆筒状,其末端设有向后延伸的焊接片31以及位于焊接片31末端供负极芯线42贯穿的负极焊接孔32。所述绝缘本体1收容于负极端子3内,且绝缘本体1的第一、第二止挡肋12、13分别止挡负极端子3的前后端以防负极端子3自绝缘本体1上脱落。所述焊接部21与所述焊接片31被所述间隔片14间隔开,并分别与线缆4的正、负极芯线41、42焊接。所述负极端子3的外壁前端设有与对接连接器(未图示)卡持作用的卡持肋33,外壁后端设有与绝缘壳体5固持作用以防止绝缘壳体5脱落的固持肋34。
所述外观件6为金属圆筒状,其内壁前端设有左旋螺纹61,内壁后端设有右旋螺纹62。所述外观件6的外表面可设置精美的图案或标志。所述绝缘壳体5注塑成型于外观件6内并将组设有正极端子2和绝缘本体1的负极端子3的末端以及线缆4的末端包覆在内。
因外观件6内壁两端形成不同旋向的螺纹,使外观件6与绝缘壳体5的结合牢固,不易脱落。另外,在其他实施方式中,外观件6也可以是塑胶材料制成的。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、与绝缘本体相组装的端子、绝缘壳体、线缆以及外观件;其特征在于:所述外观件为圆筒状,其内壁一端设有左旋螺纹,内壁另一端设有右旋螺纹,所述内壁与绝缘壳体相结合并通过所述左旋螺纹和右旋螺纹与绝缘壳体相紧固。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体为圆柱状,其内设有一收容腔、分别位于外壁前、后端的第一、第二止挡肋以及自第二止挡肋向后延伸形成的间隔片。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子为一对电源端子,其包括正极端子和负极端子。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包括分别与正、负极端子焊接的正、负极芯线。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述正极端子收容于绝缘本体的收容腔内,其包括暴露在绝缘本体外的焊接部以及位于焊接部末端供正极芯线贯穿的正极焊接孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述负极端子为圆筒状,其末端设有向后延伸的焊接片以及位于焊接片末端供负极芯线贯穿的负极焊接孔。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体收容于负极端子内,且绝缘本体的第一、第二止挡肋分别止挡负极端子的前后端以防负极端子自绝缘本体上脱落。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部与所述焊接片被所述间隔片间隔开。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述负极端子的外壁前端设有与对接连接器卡持作用的卡持肋,外壁后端设有与绝缘壳体相固持以防止绝缘壳体脱落的固持肋。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述外观件为金属件。
