Abstract

带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、装有内圈、外圈之间的双列圆锥滚子和保持架、弹簧组件。所述的弹簧组件由定位环、顶块及弹簧组成,定位环上设有外螺纹,顶块装入定位环内,多个弹簧组件以其定位环上外螺纹旋入外圈两侧端面等距分布的数个螺纹孔中,将顶块及弹簧压在外圈螺纹孔内,并使顶块凸出轴承端面0.2mm,构成带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承。本实用新型在工作状态下弹簧组件将外圈压向滚动体,使轴承滚动表面始终接触,因此不论承受来自左向或右向的轴向冲击力时,两列滚动体都可以同时滚动旋转,不会出现非受力一侧打滑摩擦的状况,在滚动表面受到交变冲击载荷工况下,单列滚动表面不会产生疲劳或烧伤,大大提高了轴承的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及轴承,特别是涉及用于轧机轧辊,起轴向止推定位作用,于重载冲击及高转速下工作的带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
传统用于轧机轧辊轴向止推双列圆锥滚子轴承,两外圈之间设有隔圈(见图2的标号6),在重载荷冲击及高转速下工作时,轴承滚动表面受到交变冲击载荷,滚动表面接触不稳定,其轴承损坏形式全部为单列滚动表面疲劳或烧伤,使轴承达不到预期使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,是提供一种能够使轴承滚动表面始终接触,适合于重载冲击及高转速工作的带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
采用的技术方案是:
带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、装有内圈、外圈之间的双列圆锥滚子和保持架、弹簧组件。所述的弹簧组件由定位环、顶块及弹簧组成,定位环上设有外螺纹,顶块装入定位环内,多个弹簧组件以其定位环上外螺纹旋入外圈两侧端面等距分布的数个螺纹孔中,将顶块及弹簧压在外圈螺纹孔内,并使顶块凸出轴承端面0.2mm,构成带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型在工作状态下弹簧组件将外圈压向滚动体,使轴承滚动表面始终接触,因此不论承受来自左向或右向的轴向冲击力时,两列滚动体都可以同时滚动旋转,不会出现非受力一侧打滑摩擦的状况,在滚动表面受到交变冲击载荷工况下,单列滚动表面不会产生疲劳或烧伤,大大提高了轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、装有内圈2、外圈1之间的双列圆锥滚子4和保持架3、弹簧组件5。所述的弹簧组件5由定位环7、顶块8及弹簧9组成,定位环7上设有外螺纹,顶块8装入定位环7内,十六个弹簧组件5以其定位环7上外螺纹旋入外圈1两侧端面八等分布设的螺纹孔中,将顶块8及弹簧9压在外圈1螺纹孔内,并使顶块8凸出轴承端面0.2mm,装配到设备上时,使之压紧0.1mm,工作状态下弹簧组件5将外圈1压向滚动体,使轴承滚动表面始终接触,构成带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承。

1.带弹簧预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、装有内圈(2)、外圈(1)之间的双列圆锥滚子(4)和保持架(3)、弹簧组件(5),其特征在于所述的弹簧组件(5)由定位环(7)、顶块(8)及弹簧(9)组成,定位环(7)上设有外螺纹,顶块(8)装入定位环(7)内,多个弹簧组件(5)以其定位环(7)上外螺纹旋入外圈(1)两侧端面等距分布的数个螺纹孔中,将顶块(8)及弹簧(9)压在外圈(1)螺纹孔内,并使顶块(8)凸出轴承端面0.2mm。
